Blizzard may put out great games, but they have a lot to learn about customer service. Having purchased the World of Warcraft game to upgrade my trial account, I also set up a Paypal account to allow me to continue my subscription. Blizzard advertises that you can use Paypal if you live in North America. This works for me as I don't and won't use credit cards (Why pay a mint to rent other people's money?). I recieved a cell phone that I had bought from him and it did not work at all. So I contacted him about it and he told me to send it back and he would send me another. I did so and recieved another phone a few weeks later. I was not satisfied with the product so I contacted him via ebay and he gave me the address to send it back so I could get my refund. Unprofessional is a gross understatement for this "messenger" service company. We asked for a price quote for pick-up of products. Our roof was installed only 3 years by Jenkins Roofing yet we've experienced recurring leaks. The warranty is for 10 years but you have to chase down these people to honor their warranties. This is a horrible company. Stay away!! I just got a $25 charge on my credit card for a dvd that I reported lost back a year ago with this DVDbarn. I had cancelled this service more than 8 months ago and now they decide to charge me for a lost dvd. You have to email them a reason for any dvd's that they do not receive back. Purchased 8 replacement windows less than 6 years ago. Over the last 3 years at least one of the windows has suffered a broken seal and mold is growing in between the dual panes of glass. Great Lakes does send out replacement glass but I'm responsible for the cost of getting the new glass installed in the vinyl frame. We used this company to try and recover data from a physically damaged SD card. We were very saddened when the SD card that had taken over 500 pictures at our wedding rehearsal dinner and during the ceremony/reception was not readable (as it had been readable in the camera to look at the pictures during and right after the ceremony, but was unable to read them when we got home and tried to transfer them to a computer). Received broken new, but badly damaged taillight for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Emailed Doctor Auto Part -recieved no response over 2 day wait. Called their 1-800 number twice only to be told to leave a message - no returned calls. Their website says all packages received damaged have to have claims filed with the carrier - FedEx says that the shipper must file a "waiver" in order for them to file a claim for the recipient.
