I took my 2007 Toyota 4 runner in for a 20, 000 mile service and tire rotation. When I got it back it was out of alignment. The service manager there was no way they caused the problem that I hit something. I argued that I did not hit anything and my car was fine before I took it into their service department. I have no complaints about the products. Actually the information I got was amazing and well worth the price but, I had some trouble understanding how to fill out some of the forms I was directed to online and when I contacted their 800 number it took days for them to call me back and when they did I missed the call. I finally got help through email and was able to finally get a second credit file. Why bother putting an 800 number on your site if your never available!!! All County Towing towed my car. The building association suspended the contract with the towing company and specifically told them to avoid our building. I have a notorized letter from the board of directors stating that the tow company had no right to be on the property. All County Towing is out of control. I bought a 1999 Dodge Avenger, it has been back several times for service including the power windows stopped working, they driver rotor was bad, they caused the SRS light to come on, the engine start skipping and not wanting to start, the check engine light was flashing, the sunroof came loose and more. This last time when I went and picked up the vehicle it broke down in less than fifteen minutes from leaving the dealer. I purchased an HP laptop which was against my better judgment as I had previously purchased an HP desktop that never performed up to par from the beginning but I was assured by the sales person that the notebooks were of good quality. I am writing on behalf of my parents, who, after nearly paying off their home had to take out a second mortgage to pay my father's medical bills.
