Needed a present for my girl so placed an order for Horse Life DS game. It was "In Stock". Got a confirmation email stating it's "In Stock". Waited a few days for the shipment notification and then checked the account. Oops, now the status was "Back ordered". Curiously, the product webpage still showed it in stock. I ordered the GD01MX case by Silverstone. I searched quite a bit and DeadEye had the best price on it. I delt directly with the owner, who provided excellent customer service. She was helpful and very quick to answer questions. DeadEye was also very quick to get the product to my door. This order was approved, then cancelled without any reason, nor any email justifying the reason why. My credit card is WAY UNDER it's limit and paid in time. A company that can't provide what they offer and gives no explanation of why that happened, deserves no respect or trust from anyone. I purchaes a lot of stuff from this company. The quality of the parts have been good and their prices are the best I've seen. My only complaint I've had is that I had to reutrn a defective CDROM drive and was forced to pay the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost for the replacement part. Well this starts off with me buying a "trial" membership to www.grantaccessclub.com who in turn sold my information to the above company. They charged my card $29.95 for something I never purchased. When I called to have them reimburse me they said they couldn't since I wasn't in their system. They also refused to let me speak with a supervisor. D&D Security Products tricked me out of a lot of money. I was sent a defective (and pricey) security alarm and when I returned the item I received no refund and was charged additional return mail fee (which I had already paid myself). the company has charged my credit card 84.95 without ever sending any product. I cancelled the trial the day I ordered it, nor did they cancel but proceed to charge my credit card for two 40.00 payments. the company by phone said they would issue a credit, 14 days have passed no credit and when I call to chek on it I am told that the credit is being processed and they will notify me by email when they have posted it!
