I've had similar problems as stated below. The rebate process is difficult. I've ordered 5-6 times. mercandise alway came in a timely manner. Some items have been great. Others cheap. I have been to some pretty sleazy places for car work but these guys top the list. I took my wife's car in for front break pads to be replaced and have the rotors machined since they advertised a good price. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an ata raid card for $15 and they charged my card immediately. 10 days later, i still did not receive any emails with any status of my order. I repeatedly called only to get an answering machine. THD At-Home Services is a horrible place to work for. I subcontracted for the Kent Wa branch every job I went to for the 1st 4 months the customers complained of poor customer service. We completed our new home in November 2008 and needed blinds. We were lured in with low prices and of course the Home Depot support structure. We paid for HD to measure the blinds and they sent their contractor to do this. When the new blinds were received and the installers showed up. There were several blinds that did not fit properly. This is not a reputable company... It is a scam. The product did not even work. I called to get my return # and sent the item back within the 30 day time limit. They sent the product back to me and marked the box "wrong RMA #" along with a joke of a letter saying we are sorry for any inconvenience. Keiser University does not clearly display their tuitions and fees on their site nor do they clarly explain what the fees and tuitions are during the orientation. Took car there to have old tires replaced with new ones I bought off tire rack. They put a nice scratch on my rim and balanced my tire three separate times and still couldn't get it right. Even though the guy who did it drove it said they were good and balanced they weren't. I got on the highway and had some serious vibration. I finally got tired of dealing with these incompetent idiots that I took it somewhere else and they showed me how far off the tires were out of balance and fixed the problem. Purchased a True Form mattress which was not anything like what I lied down on in the store. I believe that what I tried in the store was a Temperpedic mattress. The mattress I got was like a brick. No one would ever have knowingly bought this. This was the second mattress I bought from them. I returned the first, which cost me $250 to return.
