I had registered to volunteer abroad as a nurse. Two days later a family emegency came up and I will not be able to keep my committment on March 15, 2009. I emailed and requested a refund and was denied. in the literature it was stated that you could get a full refund as long as you requested one 60 days prior to your departure date. I signed up 55 days before my departure date. There was nothing in the literature about a refund on a reg istration if you registered 55 days AHEAD of departure. I was always taught by law that if you canceled a transaction within 72 hours you would be able to get your full refund back. Can you help? read full review »

On November 23, 2007 i bought a 2000 pontiac trans am from the owner of city select motors. Two things happenend with this car. One, they gave me a 3000, 3 month warranty that they chose to not honor. the rear end had problems that were covered under warranty. Received the sofa that my mother purchased today. The item didn't match my mother desc. but the item matched the invoice. When I phoned the sales person she said" i don't ever make a mistake that is what she ordered". So when I repeated this to my mother she said that definetely wasn't the sofa she ordered. We went to Real estate conference and received $250 gas certificate. To redeem it, you have to choose the Gas station, fill up for $100 every month for 10 months from the same station and send receipts every month for 10 month in exchange for $25 gift card that supposed to arrive 1 to 2 months after you've sent your receipts. I'm a healthy 32 year old mother of 2. I was seen by this OBGYN for a IUD replacement. The Dr. mentioned he would like to do some routine tests before the procedure to ensure I was healthy. The University of Phoenix crossed an ethical line.After endless computer trouble I knew I needed to drop before the 2 week deadline, they wouldn't let me drop. Company charged 3.95 and 5.95 for Acai berry and colonix. Never shipped product till the 15 day trail was up. I called to cancel recieved cancellation number before 15 day trial ended. FMW still charged the 87.13 to my account. When calling to question about charge they stated they never charged and that it was not there company. I went to Wisconsin Title Loan on 35th and Capital and they were nice and professional the first time I went but after that they were very rude and unprofessional. When I wanted to complain they wouldn't give me the corporate number I had to call another location to get the number. I have never been treated so badly in my life.
