I ordered a singing telegram through this service. I thought it would be a cute idea and lots of fun. They advertise that they will provide balloon and a gift. I told the lady when I order the telegram that my husband did not drink! They arrived with a bottle a Champagne and no balloons. Thus, no gift he could use. Dr. Martins office basically just ripped me off for a new denture wearer package. I paid for the package back in October 2008, and now need to see a specialist to fix the problems I have since seeing Dr. Martin, but they won't refund the part of the package that I did not receive. When I planed to buy a car, I used autotrade.com but it came out, I only wasted my time. So many dealers put cars not exist or tell you the lower price only for online. Then they tried to sale you crap cars you were not interested. Really a big big waste of time. I had bad experience ater I bought a brand new Subaru from them. It came with "10 years NH Inspection Free". My car has 30k miles, when I went for the Inspection sticker, I was told my car failed the Inspection, becasue I needed 4 new tires. Do NOT buy SAT prep product from this company. First of all, they tell you that your child expressed an interest in it but the kids know nothing about it. Second, it has KAPLAN printed on product, but they are not affiliated with Kaplan, they merely buy Kaplan's product (for approx $30 and turn around and sell it for $119) It come with a full return if not satisifed, however it is Impossible to contact them for an RA#. You are put on hold endless hours, told they will call you back, which they will not do. I had to cancel my CC finally after much aggravation. At their website Internet services offers a try-and-buy subscription and send a basic CD for $3.88 . My wife did it and called to cancel the subscrition within the allowed window and they did cancel it, but they have created a second unauthorized twin subscription that was never authorized and debited our checking account for $72.21. We purchases Dupont Zodiaq Quarts countertops thru Lowes to replace our exsiting countertops. They were defective and it took 6 months for a representive (who does not work directly for Dupont) come out and examined them & admit they WERE defective. They claim they have "live help" for 7 days a week (9:00am-9:00pm) at their web site. It took 5 hours to talk with them. After purchasing and having installed a new water heater the first year of use the tankless water coils burst due to cold weather. Water then leaked onto the control board. Bosch claims the warrenty does not apply not even for the board due to feeezing.
