I have been trying to get a loan modification since June 2008. I have dealt with several representatives within the company and every time that I speak with them they request more information. Wirefly is advertising free phones for Signing a 2 year contract with the providers of our choice. The phone cost me almost $300.00 in the long run, after agreement details, such as agent fees? I have paid my New York & Company credit card in full a few months ago. I paid it for whatever current balance I had at that time, over the phone with an extra $10 and they assured me that I don't owe them anymore money. I sent a rental check to Gibralatar Property Mgt LLC via a secure postal box at the Riverton Heights Post Office in Seattle Washington on February 5th 2009. I received a notice on my apt. door that I was to be evicted unless I paid the rent which they supposedly never received plus an extra $100 in penalties and fees. I went to a site that told me that for a ONE TIME PRICE OF $2.95 I WOULD RECEIVE a cd that would educate me on how to get a grant from the government. I paid the $2.95 and now- a week later it shows on my credit report that they STOLE $39.95 from my card!!! I am a single mother of two children.
