I have been a Sears customer for over 30 years. Their service repair departement has been out twice to fix my dryer and the dryer is still not repaired. The first technician came out on 1-23-09 and was over two hours late. He said he fixed the dryer. It worked one cycle and stopped. I had to call again on 1-24-09 and I was scheduled again on 2-2-09. I recieved a small sample bottle which I requested. Agreed to pay $4.00 for shipping and handling. 8 days later a 30 day supply came w/o an invoice or packing slip. Next month there is a $69.95 charge on my Visa. The engine seized in my 2005 Ranger with 14, 354 original miles on it. The Ford dealer that inspected it found water in the oil. Further inspection showed that one of the exhaust valves actually broke off, fell into the cylinder, then slammed upwards and cracked the water jacket (and bent the spark plug as well). Yesterday I took my 2000 Freightliner Century to Orlando Freightliner to have them check and advise why my drivers window fell down and the regulator came up through the top of my door panel. I also asked them to check and advise why my drivers door is hard to open from the inside while they have that door panel off. I purchased a 12 week old puppy which was supposed to be a pure breed Siberian Husky. It turns out he is mixed with a Malamute and if blind in one eye. I took out a $400 payday loan in October 2008. I have been charged finance fees of $120 twice monthly. After making principal paydowns of $100 I was advised on February 3, 2008 that my loan balance is $390. When I phoned the representative she was apologetic, but told me that even though I paid the interest charges and principal paydowns twice, there were additional interest charges that accrued and that is why I still basically owe $400. Horrible customer service. Ordered 4 packs of DVD and a 6-pack of inkjet cartridges. When order arrived, received 1 black cartridge instead of my 6-pack of black & color. They did not respond to my email for days, and after several emails they have sent me a return form.
