Aaron lied by making promises that they did not keep. When their representative came to assess our move and give us a quote, he told us that all of our furnishings would be shrink wrapped. Nothing was shrink wrapped, resulting in the damage of a 60" Sony television. Instead of paying for it, they are saying that as far as they know, the set was broken when they picked it up. I have serious issues with Lynn Foster and the maintenance man over Arrington Estates, managed by L & W Management. Ms. Foster and the maintenance man are constantly harassing residents of Arrington Estates, and now employers of residents. The most recent issue includes my place of employment being called. Had the worst haircut ever by a "hairstylist" named Mariela. She said she had eighteen years experience in Bulgaria but the cut she did looked like a child pulled the hair out with his fist. My instructions for the haircut were for her to even out both sides and work more on the left side. She completely ignored me and made so many layers on the right side and totally ruin my great bangs in the front. The hair is so short and ruined that the only solution is a wig. Called Maytag's 800 # and spoke with a very kind and empathetic agent who arranged a service appointment with A&E Factory Service for somewhere between 8-5 on Monday, 9/15. I purchased a television model # 20F524T, in April 2008. In August 2008 the television began turn on and off, all on its own, every 9 seconds. I emailed the company, who told me to call the customer service line and provided the number for me. I called. I found their phone menu options to be quite confusing. On May 20th this year a John Mendoza of countrywide time share sales called me. He said he had my time share in Orlando sold to a couple in the UK and they had put down an escrow on it and that he needed my escrow. I forwarded him 1520.00 for the closing the latest closing date was July 18th ..this has come and gone for sure. I thought I wanted try this product and completed the necessary information for the "free trial" of the product and decided after entering in all of the information that I did not want it. I never hit the submit button and closed out of the website. I found a charge for the shipping on my charge card. Be aware that even if you do not hit the submit button they still have the ability to have your information and account number and they will charge you. This on line floral ordering farmed out a floral order to a local florist. I specified no substitutions. The substitution I received was horrible and unfitting for the occassion.
