Once you call in because they have not shipped your order nor contacted you regarding why, they begin the sales pitch and insist that you cancel your original order and reorder. Purchased 7/12/08 floor model refrigerator Samsung RS267. When it was plugged in, everything seemed to work, digital readouts on front seemed to go down to the set temperature of 46 degrees. Put some food in, including some soda. The next morning, some of the soda cans had exploded due to freezing. Called Samsung, was told to unplug it, leave it for ten minutes, and plug it back in. My so-called "authentic" $289 Louis Vuitton handbag had a break in the shoulder strap so I sent it back to repair (there is a 12 mo. warranty). I was double charged by bp oil. Yes they resversed the charges after a couple of days but by then the dammage was done. the second time they put the charge through it caused me to be over drawn which caused a second item to bounce, costing me $76 in bank fees and now they tell me it will be 4-6 weeks before I get that money back. I was looking for a roommate and authorized 5.95 in charges. Then I looked at my credit card statement and found a charge of 29.95. I emailed them immediately and asked them to reverse the charge. However, they refused to and said that I had authorized it. I told them I was going to contact my credit card company if they didn't reverse the charge, which is what I am in the process of doing. Cargo Craft trailers Ashley Paulk and their dealer MacCargo Trailers/Todd McDermott sold us a 36' gooseneck cargo trailer.
