They are doing the public a grave injustice by keeping vehicles out on the road that have severe mechanical problems, when in fact these vehicles should be pulled out of service. The internet service is extremely unreliable, for most part the connectivity was not working on my DSL plan. There was no response from the customer service. However, the bills were delivered promptly. When I tried to lodge a disconnection request, I wasn't given any reference number citing technical problems. But the monthly bills were sent on an ongoing basis. They even served a notice for non-payment of bills. I think it is a scam.
