My son went to the hospital on a sunday for a tetanus shot because family doctors were closed.He had a slight scratch from rusty metal.They seated him in the triage room and talked to him about what he needed. No tests of any kind were done. He was totally well and not sick. They took him back and sat him on a bed behind a sheet for approx 3 hrs and then gave him two shots and let him go. Our contract was for them to lower our home mortgage due to Country Wide charging to much interest and we had not been late or we had not missed a payment. They advised us to miss 6 months of payments so they could re-finance our home. Well they did not do this now our home is in a Short Sell so we don't go in to foreclosure and it still may. Went to dealer this morning for oil change. Was advised I needed rear brakes, pads were down to rotors and rotor was rusted. Refused to have them do the work in that the hit me with a $420.00 brake bill 4 months ago, just for front pads and resurfaced rotors at 14, 000 miles. When I signed up for Dish Network they had a deal also of $300.00 worth of gas or grocery coupons. I was surprised at terms they had changed when I had signed up, and also surprised to see when I called Dish they said they were not affliated with Savology. Why is this happening? I signed a contract with Storesonline to pay monthly payments by VISA, using my bank in Canada. This company then had Duvera Financial do the monthly billings, which cannot be processed because the bank does not receive the request for payment. Hi, I am going through something similar. I went to rent a video game yesterday at Rogers Plus that I always go to in Victoria BC. I was surprised to find out that I couldn't rent any games or video due to an "unreturned" video game ( Call of Duty 5 ) back in June 2009 and since then it actually has gone to collections. I was surprised because I know I returned it and also that I wasn't notified by Rogers at any point that I had not returned this game. I am going today after work to deal with this. Before vacating, I cleaned every part of the unit before leaving. this is something I do for every rental I have ever had, and have not once lost a security deposit, or have had any funds deducted. Purchase a Pair of Austrialian Ugg Boots from the Shop Bank who are part of JD Sport and to my horror they started to split at the rubber at toe end of boot. On returning to Bank they said they had to send away for inspection, but after 10 Days i received a letter and the same boots back from JD Sports Inspection Centre saying it was Contact Damage meaning it was myself that caused the damaged.
