Ordered CS4 Master Suite and expected to get box with 20 to 30 CDs encompassing 11 or 12 Adobe programs. Got instead a password and download key to download about 23GB of data. Obviously a pirated copy with a good probability of malware or trojan virus. And Adobe will not register the product so it is a pirated copy. Came from Riga so I think that is in Latvia or Romania. I called for having my dryer vent cleaned. This guy sounded great at first. Wait it gets even better. I explained to him the problem and he said fine we can do it. At first he said he'll clean the vent from the inside of the house, if we need to I'll clean the outside, but most of the time it's not necessary. We bought a Sears Craftsman Dual Stage Snowblower from sears in Nov. 29/03 we paid 1799.99 + tax totalling 2069.99 (400.00 per year). We've been trying to get a part for it since Nov 2009 ...backordered... today we received a call (Jan 25, 2010) that the part is no longer manufactured by the company and the life expectancy of a snowblower is 5 years and therefore the snowblower is rendered useless . On January 6th 2010 we requested service on our 10 month old Kenmore refrigerator freezer from Sears. Our second warranty repair. This time the unit blew out the control panel which regulates the temperature and the unit was already warming up. Recently, there are so many army planes and military aircrafts are flying over my house, not only 1 or 2 in a day but 1 or 2 in every minute and until around 10.00pm. This is so annoying especially after working and I want to take good rest at home. I can't watch TV comfortably because I can’t listen to the TV when a plane is flying over. Previous tenant was stealing gas because meter wasn' t removed or locked. I set out tenant and put the bill in my name for 20 days then the new tenant tranfered the gas to there name. I was sent a bill for the previous 3 months of gas. I forwarded evection notices and the old lease with the new lease, payed the current usage and thought it was over. This is an ongoing complaint with Barclays. Throughout 2009 and also in January this year I have used a Prepaid Payzonemoney Mastercard for high street and online purchases. However, on 5 occasions last year and twice this year I have experienced "card declined" in online purchases BUT ONLY WHEN THE CARD PROCESSOR IS BARCLAYS. I have complained with the managers in various branches and even made them contact Barclays Head Office ( in my prescence) - they have denied all knowledge or responsibility.
