This magazine company has been a scam from the beginning. I had to pay a couple of months before I had even received the magazines. I discovered that it was much cheaper to order the magazine sucscriptions individually and attempted to cancel the subscription with the company. They stated that they had no cancelation policy. I also noticed that the 3 years with them was up, but still there was over $400 left that they said that I owe. I have never signed anything or received any terms of service. I purchased Mohawk carpet Smart Strand Carpet at an independent carpet company. Two years later the carpet started delaminating and tearing at the seams. Mohawk agreed that it was defective and issued a check for partial payment. They wanted the company who installed the carpet to take responsibility for the part that I paid them. I researched the Staber washing machines. They claimed high energy efficiency and easy to work on. The FIRST machine arrived with freight damage. It was a hassle to get the claim resolved and to get the company to pay for the damages. After months of use we noticed that it was shreding some of our good clothes. The factory did not believe us. ordered product in dec 2008 to be delivered in early jan 2009. was assured after going over details of internet ad that all would be the same and would be delivered on time. none of which were true. the product was not delivered untill 2/20/2009. the product had material differences from the product ordered. i went on line to check their background some more. it appears that they have a large number of complaints for these practices. do not purchase anything from their 2 stores or do so at your own risk. I rented an apartment from these people that was infested with black mold. They reused to remove it, IT MADE ME SICK! The customer service rep. told me that I would be able to get the NBA games if I upgrade from (U-300 to U-300) package after doing so I had to call the company every other day for two weeks about not being able to get the games the night before. I bought a time share through Sunshine Promotion, they gave me a free Gas voucher for $300.00 a round trip to LA via AMTRAK, a round trip to Los Cabos from Mexican Paradise Getaways. I set up payment arrangements with RSI Claims Process Services to settle a debt for $1, 358.65. The arrangement was for 5 months. I would pay $250 a month for four months and my last payment would be for $108.65. The last payment they still took out $250. The direcotr of nursing name Lynn was very rude to my mother- in-law. She was referred to Care One Livingston because of her doctor's recommendation. However, when she was admitted, they neglected to provide her food or medication. When we request my mother-in-law to be seen by a psychiatrist, the DON sent a very junor doctor to see her. I was solicited by a car dealer company to come and buy a new car with an incentive of $150 free gas gift card for appearing. I went and was given the rebate form on how to collect my free gift card. I purchased a Swivel Chair which turned out to have a defective Base. I contacted Jennifer customer services on approximately February 11 or 12th, 2009 to have them send one of their technicians to repair it. One came approximately one week later and explained the base was stripped and could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Wil-Build Construction LLC of Hillsboro, MO had failed to complete written special agreements listed within the real estate sales contract. This company has also had there membership revoked with the St. Louis BBB for failure to resolve this issue. If you are currently in or thinking of entering into contract with this company, make sure that all of the work agreed to and in writing is completed before releasing full payment.
