Hi, I purchased a TATA connection with mobile from Kochi, Kerala paying full amount. Now I am relocated to Bangalore. When I asked to activate a new TATA nubmer which I took from Bangalore, they said that I have to purchase a new mobile. Or to transfer the current number to another phone. It is a cheat by TATA if I can't use the phone that I have already paid for. The only thing I can do as per their advice is to burn out the current set and buy a new set. Worst Service ever. Bought a E61i on January 09th and since then, me and my daughter constantly calling them and kept getting hung up without any responses from them. They have no idea where the order is at. First of all, when we call during the early central hours, we get notified to call at a later time, and then when i am at work my daughter calls, she gets information to call earlier, because the customer service left. 9 years ago i bought an expensive vacuum from rainbow. When i was buying it i was told that the guarantee is almost life. It started working badly recently and when i went to the business to find out whats wrong they asked me to pay $650 to get it fixed because the motor broken. In May 2008, I purchased a Craftsman riding mower. I am happy with my mower, that is not the issue. The issue is when I called the warrantee department one year later to report a problem and schedule my yearly free tune-up, I was told they no longer do that but I can get 10% off of that service. I tried to call the number but the recording says that all lines are busy and that I should call again. I tried numerous times and different days and times but get the same recording. We purchased Berg crib from USA baby in 11/06. Our daughter was born in started sleeping in it in May 07. She slept in the crib for 7 months as a newborn. I opened a Care credit account last year 2005 to pay for dental work. The first 3 months I paid with no issues. Then the next statement I noticed a late fee. They had adjusted my due date. They did this 2 times. I called them the first time they stated they were going to take it off. NEVER DID> I called them again a few months later and they told me again I was late for the 2nd time. Their salesmen will lie directly to your face about the length of the contract. They will tell you there is no contract and that you can cancel at any time. When you do try and cancel, there is a contract and it is for 60 Months. If you want out of it, they will let you, but you have to pay 80% of the remaining balance. I was double charged by bp oil. Yes they resversed the charges after a couple of days but by then the dammage was done. the second time they put the charge through it caused me to be over drawn which caused a second item to bounce, costing me $76 in bank fees and now they tell me it will be 4-6 weeks before I get that money back.
