I purchased Travel Guard CDW policy on June 7, 2011 for $318.40 plus $15.00 transaction fee to cover the CDW on the Europcar I was renting in Ireland. On July 14, 2011. Had a miserable experience with Westerman Transmission . Had gotten an estimate for work of $1, 600 - $2, 000 and was told it would take less than a week to complete. Paul's Jaguar customer service is the Worst I have experienced in some time. Their moto is the customer is always wrong or stupid and they are always right. In my case Paul's Jaguar recovered a Jaguar XJS Center Console, yet failed to inform me that they were "Modifying" the original Jaguar design which exposed a raw leather edge when fitted. I was in an auto accident on 10/05/2010. The person that hit my car had Hanover auto insurance. I did not go through my insurance co. bcause I did not cause the accident.
