I found a 2004 Tahoe Z71 on ebay about April 1, 2009. I watched as it did not meet the 'buy now' of 13, 500. I called after and offered a cash price of $11000, which they accepted. Herman the owner of the business, here in Killeen, Tx, which buys pills from Austin, Tx. He continues to rip customers off, he claims things are wrong with their cars when that actually not the problem. I have worked with Eric and Ross to fix my car and found both of them to be deceitful. In November of 2008, I talked to Eric about a parasitic drain that the place that had installed my battery had found. Fox rental car in Denver gave us a car that had electrical problems. The doors would not lock with the key-less entry. We had 2 bags stolen because we thought the car was locked. When we returned the car, 3 Fox employees told us there has been electrical problems with the Hyundai Elantras. I spoke to the manager, Mitch Osborn, he told me that there is nothing wrong with the cars. I spoke to his manager, Lisa Curtis, who was very rude and would continually interrupt me as I was explaining the situation. They are renting cars with known problems. We returned a car on march 23rd. We went there and here was no one on the counter, a note said to call a number. Calling the number we were told to leave the keys in the drop box and we could download the receipt online. After hearing nothing from them, a month later we get an email saying the car as just been turned in and that we owe them and extra month. Calling people only gets us no where. The suspension spring on my passenger side front wheel broke. Searching around kwikfit was the cheapest rapid fit option as I needed the car ready the same day. When I arrived with the car in a tow truck, without checking them the garage decided as well as changing the springs they should change the shocks. I have been given partial denial for repairs on my vehicle that are the result of indirect damage from a car accident on 3/29/11. The damaged part on my car is the engine control module, which in Mitsubishis, is not a part that usually ever has to be replaced.
