I recently had my truck repaired by O C Welch which has been a horrible experience. They charged me over $4000.00 to replace the head gaskets. With in two weeks of picking up the truck there was an oil leak appearing out of the head. O C told me to take it to my local Ford dealer to get it repaired. After paying Meineke $350 to replace front rotors and brake pads, the new pads wore out in 2 months. I went back to Meineke and they said this was not normal...I was driving too hard (these were 1 year warranty brake pads). I was suckered into buying one of these contracts through Service Protection Direct/Mepco/Texan Partners. I canceled within the first 30 days and was charged almost $400 dollars, I will not see that money for another month. They opened my sunroof before sending the car through the wash cycle. I noticed it when it was one-half way through the wash "tunnel" and informed the nearest car pool personnel. They stopped the wash and closed the sunroof. The end result is the that the front seats are stained with large marks - now that they are dry it is obvious that they are stained.
