Purchased a 2009 Yukon Denali in February 2009. Took the vehicle in for regular oil change and tire rotation. Earlier this year, we found that the left front tire was wearing we had to buy a new tire and had a front end alignment done. Went in yesterday (12/29/2010) for another oil change and tire rotation and have encountered the same problem with the left front tire wearing down to the steel. We had to purchase another tire for the left front wheel. The service department keeps insisting that we only need a front end alignment. I purchased a bus ticket from Boston to Springfield for travel on October 8, 2010. The purchase was a reserved seat on the 5:15 pm bus, and the ticket says in plain English it is only good for the 5:15 pm departure on 10/8/2010. My Dodge Journey SXT was delivered on 31/12/2009 with snow tires which were supplied by dealer at my request. The OEM Khumo Solus all season tires were given to me at delivery date. My drivers side window and passenger side window does not roll down. You can hear the motors going when you press on the button but nothing works. Others seem to have the same issue with both the ford expedition and ford f-150. The issue is said to be failed power window regulators. There is no recall yet but please if you are having this issue call 1-800-392-3673 to file and document a complaint. The more people that do this, the better chances of us getting a recall and receiving reimbursement for fixing this issue. I have been having my oil changes with Valvoline since 2007. Everything was going good till they replaced a oil plug in August. They stripped it and then tried not to take liability for it. Because it wasnt on the receipt I was told by them more or less it wouldn't stand up in court. I had to take it to the dealer who had to replace the whole oil pan at 687.00!!! I bought a new Dodge Ram from these people, i also bought an extended warranty that they ran at the same time as the factory warranty so they both expired at the same time, when i called about it they said (that's just the way it is) In addition to this i paid to have leather seat covers installed only to find that there are leather inserts and the back seats contain no leather whatsoever .
