I had transmission work done in 2008 at Charlie's Certified Transmission on North Shepherd in Houston, Texas. I paid them over $1900.00 to fix my transmission. My car has been back to them over 5 times in the last 2 years for the same thing. I explained there was no way I would buy a warrenty on a used vehicle. Tuesday morning the car would not start. I tried everything and had to call Renault Assist for the second time in just over 2 months. Boksburg Branch did not call me at all on the Tuesday and when I called them on the Wednesday they said that they are too busy to have a look at my car and that they have to take care of their “customers” first. They called use Thur or so and said come on down they could get us a car no problem when we got there Saturday and spent all the day there and a 2 hour trip each way the said our records were off a measly hundred dollars and sent us home for the last 3 days they have dodged our calls or said they were working on it then yesterday some Ricardo or some name like that said again we could come pick a car out when we tried to confirm it with the financial man he kept giving us the run around or ill call you back in 5 minutes etc

2004 Ford F-150 FX4
In 2009 I had a window regulator replaced in the rear of my 2004 F150 FX4 behind the passenger sea, t this year in June the rear window regulator behind the driver had to be replaced, and now in November the rear passenger regulator has again failed in less that 18 months. in both instances they were replaced under a warranty I bought at Hall Ford in Newport News and paid each time a $100 deductible to have it repaired. Do not buy a car from MIllenium Auto Network. There prices seem better than you find elsewhere because they conceal issues with the cars. When you discover the problems, they deny knowledge of any issues & refuse to work with you/compensate in anyway, leaving you on the hook for costly repairs. We are paying the correct amount and we have full rights to book the cylinders but they thinking they are giving their own property to the people...

I bought some floormats for my car and they did not fit so I sent them back. That was over a month ago and I am still woiting for them to credit my account. I ave called three times and they keep telling to wait 4 or 5 days and call back if I don't get it. When I bought the matts they wanted there money before I recieved them! Now I want my money back!! I pulled into this gas station and have experienced a few occasions where the gas attendant asks me for my credit card and rings it through before the gas is even being done pumped. I asked the gentleman to stop doing that. I ordered a set of tires for my Jeep Wrangler here last week at 9:30 am. I was told that it would take approximately one hour for the tires to be delivered. At 11:00 am I called to see how the work was coming along, I was told that "the tires have just arrived, and that they just started working on it. My daughter was driving a 2006 Chevy Colbalt on route 15 to school on the morning of 10/22/10 when the lights come on the dash and her steering locked up she hit a colvert and rolled 3 times. Needless to say she was charged with negelant driving although her speed odometer was stuck at 56 the officer did not believe the steering locked up. Yankee Candle Car Gels
I purchased a Yankee Candle car freshener Gel for my car.
I noticed the buttons on my cars stereo system were sticky and realized that the car gel hanging above it was
the culprit. I initially rubbed it to remove the sticky substance and stopped when I noticed the paint came right off of the buttons on the stereo. Its no longer sticky although the paint is missing.

I was charged $200 dollars for a faulty part which caused the stability trac system to fail. The part replaced was $17.00. I feel so ripped -off and helpless. I also found out that no outside mechanic can repair this problem because GM will not provide any information/software on these repairs. Since I was not satisfied I assumed that no payment would be taken.However, on looking at my latest bank statement I find that on October 15th £21 was withdrawn, without my authority, from my account.

On August 25th 2010 I brought my car to Walmart Tire and Lube Store #2671 1175 S Arizona Ave, Chandler AZ. Besides the oil change I asked them to change the oil filter the air filter and to also change 2 tires, balance them.
