I am not satisfied with the 45000 mile service with Wilde Toyota located at West Aiils WI. After my car service at 45000 miles, the Engine Light was on with SVC lit up on the Front Panel.I had to drive back to the Wilde Toyota Dealer immediately after I drove out of the Toyota service door . Bought a car from them for $2,000, and the car was great during the test drive. But when I went to pick it up the next day none of the dash gauges worked because the put in a new battery and shorted something, the break lights stopped working and the automatic transmission would not go in to third gear. On 10/05/07 we purchased a used 2004 Honda Civic hatchback from Power Honda of Valencia. At the time of purchase, we were encouraged to buy an extended 24 mo./24,000 mi. warranty for a used vehicle. WS LEASING LTD is a car lease company located in Vancouver BC. If you visit a dealer and they ask you to submit your application to this lease company then BEWARE! WS LEASING IS the worst LEASE COMPANY. They charge high interest rates and when you have your buyout they will add on admin fees, plus plus plus. I rented an RV from Norms RV in Poway California...on check out they said I put a small scrap on the back right corner...I don't think I did it...they then had their own body shop give a sky high repair estimate of $323 and kept that out of my $500 deposite. I have never in my life had to deal with such a crummy business. They seemed so great in the beginning...until you have to file a claim. It took them three weeks to give me a check to fix my vehicle. Three weeks of having to pay to rent a car. Not only that, the police report filed clearly states both drivers were following law, it was just a chance happening and horrible weather that caused the accident...yet somehow I ended up being at fault. Drive Financial charged my daughter 20,000 for a 8000 car. Called me and family members repeatedly when payments were late. The reps need to be trained properly in customer service skills. I've had the tires for about 2 years, and in the past few months noticed a chugging feeling when I'd be driving in idle (no gas or brake applied) through a parking lot. It wasn't noticable though at high speeds. I asked about it when I had the oil changed and tires rotated, and the technician at the Goodyear Service center told me that there was a definite "bounce" in the tire, and that it was made worse when he rotated the tires. Raymond Tire Shop in Dorchester, MA sold me a used tire for $40.00. After driving for a week the tired blew up while I was driving on the expressway. When I brought the tire back to them and informed them of what happened they said that I would have to buy another tire because I should not have driven on it if the tire was getting a flat. I was out of $40.00 and had to go somewhere else and buy another tire. They refused to work with me seeing that I only got a weeks worth out of it. Very disappointed. Bad customer service. I booked a Swift Lxi Model in October, 2007 with Moden Automobiles, Chandigarh. I was advised that the wait period of this model is 4-6 weeks. On number of instances, I inquired from Dealer. Each time ,I was told that the requisite model has not been dispatched by the company from their Gurgaon Factory.
