Attached is a letter sent to BMW Canada in August. Since that letter I have had the vehicle back for major repairs twice. BMW Canada has continued to stone wall my requests for a replacement vehicle. BMW continues to advertise the "BMW Experience", don't buy it, they have no interest in satisfying their clients if there is a problem. In July of 2007, I purchased a 2007 Land Rover LR3 from the Rio Grande Valley Land Rover dealership in McAllen, Texas. The entire purchase price of the vehicle is over $60,000. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen from Magnussen's. This vehicle was equipped with a Satellite Radio with a years subscription from SIRIUS. The satellite radio ceased to work. I called Magnussens and they tell me its my problem. Contact was made with SIRIUS via telephone, (four calls resulting in almost) two hours. They tell me the account number assigned to my vehicle is expired. This could not be true. The only other option is Magnussens sold me a used vehicle as new! read full review »

This particular gas dealer is troubling us quite a bit and not issuing gas cylinders in time. He does not let us book a cylinder with in 30 days from the day it was last issued (not with in 30 days from the time we last booked for the cylinder). Also he is taking about 3 weeks to issue the cylinder from the date it is booked. I have informed about these happenings couple of times. This time I got quite anger and complained (orally) him the trouble we are having. But he is not so bothered/worried. My Lincoln Mark VIII was having a electical problem that caused the car not to start. It was not getting a spark to the plugs. I am a member of the Armed Forces and have rented 3 cars from Enterprise in 3 different cities. My complaint appears to be a systemic problem regardless of location. Enterprise has been in existence over 40yrs. The quality of customer service appears to be on the decline. The 2007 Infiniti G35x is a new model of an Inifnit which is supposed to have all these great new features. A new feature they have added is hte Vehicle DYnamic Contorl Stabilization system which is horrible. It has caused me two accidents because it kicks in at the wrong times and does not work correctly. Patrol Masters is just like any other security company: they are able to get away with not performing regular, diligent work, so they just don't do anything. Their owner even said "what do you want me to do, tow cars?" in response to a request to tow cars in violation of code! Lazy (they have been known to take up to 3 hours to respond to noise complaints). Inept. Crooked (they will email homeowners in violation and allow them a 'second chance' in violation of the HOAs, rather than cite and tow). Hi, I am own a Hero Honda Super Splendor, Last week i have given the bike for servicing at Millenium service center bangalore. We had a number of issues with this dealership, the biggest issue is; we purchase a new car from this dealership and to this day they have not registered the vehicle in our name. Because of this issue we are not able to renew our tags. We finally told the leasing company about this and they sent us a POA. I called my bank to see if my check was sent, and they stated to me it was sent to them on time and MMCA should have received it. MMCA told me I need to make a payment so my account does not go late. A scooter was purchased from these jokers the beginning of November. When it finally showed up, 1 week late, it did not have the parts to finish assembly which made it incapable of riding.
