They towed my car from in front of my house claiming that my car was abandoned. The car is not I drive it every day my car is registered to the my home which is were the car was parked. We called enterprise rental before our vacation and asked if they provided a one way rental service back to our hometown 5 hours away, since we were driving a car to drop off for a family member. They told us yes they provide that service and made our reservation. Hammer Auto is not to be trusted. They have shady business practices. Their contract uses deceptive language, they DO NOT GET THE CHEAPEST DEALS, they do bait and switch, and routinely renege on their promises, and to top it all off, Rober Hammer is arrogant, abusive, and rude. I would say dealing with him was one of the worst transactions of my life. Believe me, with a little research, you will do better going through a car dealership directly - we did. My nearest fuel station is M/s. Moosa Fuels, Calicut Road, Meenangadi PO, Wayanad, Kerala. This fuel station is not supplying ordinary petrol since last many months. They are not providing the 'Complaint Register' also. The main question raised is, are they supplying ordinary petrol at the cost of speed petrol. The people of Wayanad are very poor. We bought a new 2007 Siena Motorhome, within the first year it was in the shop 4 times, 2 times for leaking axle seals, 2 times for misfiring spark plugs due to not enough air flow in the spark plug area. 1st long trip we made with less than 7000 miles on the unit and 2 of the outside compartments literally melted from lack of firewall protection between catalytic converter and compartment back walls. Awful experience. I was dropped off after my car being towed since it wouldn't start The minute I walked in, the man at the desk was unkind and uninterested. He let me know after doing a check that I needed a new battery and a new serpentine belt. The new battery would cost $90 plus $50 for labor to install it. WOW that's a RIP OFF. 07/13/08, 18:44, Pump#07: Gas is at $4.71, and I'm noticing that the pump is registering more gas than I think I need. I click off and pull out the nozzle. Gas overflows out of my car, and gas is spewing out of the nozzle at full force. I flip up the lever at the pump, and it stops. The attendant insisted there's nothing defective about the shutoff mechanism--he says I just didn't put it in correctly. But the nozzle should stop when clicked off, and it did not. When I have gone to use my 20 cents or 30 cents off at the pumps for gas, it comes up no points. I know it only is good for 90 days, I bought some gift cards 2 weeks ago that brought my amount off gas to 30 cents a gallon. If the amount that was on the card before the 2weeks ago made it go past the 90 days (which I don't think it was) they should still leave the amount from the purchases of the past 2 weeks. This is the third and last time they will do this to me! I will buy my gift cards and other items from other stores in the area. The front driver side coil springs on my 2002 Ford Taurus snapped as I was backing the car up. It tore the tire (which was new) and the tire "exploded". Luckily I was not on the highway or I would have lost control. This is a HUGE problem with this vehicle and earlier models were recalled. I came in for express lube - and technicians/service rep told me I need tire rotation. They said it will take 45 mins to an hour.
