Kings Auto Show is the worst dealership in the world, they are not professional at all. They lie to people by telling them that they are approved when they are not approved at all but preapproved and to make matters worst they lead you on by telling you to go pick a car, while you are out picking a car they are sitting back doing nothing but making you believe they are talking to financial advisers and the bank its all a lie. I took my Saturn in for a routine oil change. After trying to sell me a long list of expensive and entirely unnecessary repairs/windshield wipers/filters, etc, the "customer service rep" began to get surly in response to my repeated "no thanks, not today". Brake Masters
I dropped my car off at Brake Masters at Oracle and Ina in Tucson Arizona to have my front brakes checked. My parents have done business with them for years, I have spent at least $600 with them and my friend does business with this very location of Brake Masters. I wrongly assumed that they were reliable and trustworthy.

Local-Lock Complete Locksmith Service
I had locked my keys in the car early one morning. I called the first locksmith I found in the yellow pages that offered 24 hour service. They said it was a $45 dollar service charge depending on the vehicle and would be there 20-25 minutes. This was at 7 am. 7:50 the locksmith showed up and my service charge was $45 indeed, but because my vehicle was a Tahoe, there was an addt'l charge of $85. A grand total of $140! This shipment is supposed to arrival at my doorstep today, but to my surprise, the package did not arrive. The reason give was: No one was there! The address is my company and there is always someone in the office serving customer unless going to the loo. I am very furious about this matter because:

I bought seat belts from them. Their website lets you choose the year, make & model vehicle. I expected to get the same seat belts that are currently in my car but these are nothing like them. Then I asked to be refunded all of my money since they did not send the correct part and they say I have to pay to send them back and shipping is not refundable and there is a restock fee!!! Advantage Car Rental
We waited in line for over an hour at the Denver location to check-in with a reservation. There were approximately 10 customers in line ahead of us and there were three reps working the counters. Employees were running around and the entire operation was disorganized. Even once we reached the counter it took over 20 minutes to check our reservation, find a car and then deliver the car. One solution may be to have a line for reservation holders and a line for those w/o a reservation.

I am very disappointed about USAVE CAR RENTALS. The Corolla we rented at USAVE had flat tire on the high way. The Agency requires us to take full responsibility for the tire. They said that we either have to pay for them to repair the tire or we have to replace a brand new tire for the car. We call the customer service to complaint and they told exactly the same way as the representative at the Agency in Orlando, and the representative at the customer service abruptly hang up the phone while I was talking. There was a leakage in Gas cylinder, complaint of which has been lodged at 7:30AM but till 4:30PM, there was no action been taken by the authorities.
This is really a sensitive issue as it can lead to mishappening. I doubt whether Gas Agencies are aware of the duties and responsibilities.

On August 23rd, 2007 we reserved a FVA Large Auto seven seat and paid in full using our credit card. Upon arrival at Edinburgh Airport on December 22nd, 2007, we were told by the rental car company that the Rental Voucher from UK Car Rental had been “suspended” and that no vehicle had been reserved for us. December 28, 2007 I discovered that mine and my daughters vehicles had been vandalized. I immediately called 9-1-1 and my insurance company to start a claim. Today is January 7, 2008 and my vehicles are still sitting in my driveway, undrivable and unrepaired. How long does a claim normally take? All that was done was the windows were busted out. I have complained to my insurance and they assured me that this is normal. We are still looking at 1-2-3 days before anything can be done. I am so frustrated!!! Recently our 2002 Chrysler Town and Country heater would not turn off or change to a low setting for that matter. We have replaced the relays and fuse for the blower, but nothing has worked.
