I purchased a starter online and they sent no confirmation, no receipt, nothing. Finally, they sent an email saying my order had been processed, but gave me no tracking number. When the part arrived, it was not the correct part. I sent it back and they told me I could not send it back because it was an electrical part even though I'd done nothing to it other than identify it as the wrong part. Power Steering keeps going out no matter how fast or slow I drive. My car just cut off in the middle of the street one day and the battery light was on. My car makes a terrible crunching sound going over small bumps in the freezing cold. I just found out that this car has a lot of complaints about power steering and sway bar brushing and linkage. Ridiculously strict on auto inspections and then they try to cheat you out of your money. Failed me for dirty headlights and imperfect windshield wipers. I had replaced the wipers only a month prior. We carried our SUV in for oil change & rotate our tires & had two fix one tire. There were 4 workers & one supervisor out there. There was only one worker, working at a time. Our SUV was on the workfloor over 1 1/2 hours that no one was getting anything done. We shop for about an hour, then went back two the service department & sat there four about one & half hours before they finally got through. While we were waiting they all had two take a break at one time. When we got there they told us it would not take about 1 hour to do what we wanted. This company has been withholding the registration documents for my car so that I can not get the required tags. They charge 100USD to give me the papers, even though these were already paid for. They did not get back to me before the temporary tag ran out and every time I have contacted them by email/phone they have completely ignored me. My wife and I purchased a 2001 Mazda MPV with an extended warranty from Vachon Mazda in South Attleborro MA. Vachon was bought out by the Tasca group and received all of its customers in the process. A recent maintainance visit revealed repairs that needed to be performed that should have been covered by the extended warranty. First of all, my dealings started with Russ Darrow when I saw the commercials that guaranteed if you made a if you had $99 down they would finance a new car for you regardless of credit. I took my car in to have my oil changed in November 2007. During the course of driving I noticed my oil was leaking, so I took it to a Ford dealership to see if I had an oil leak. I have a one year old Nissan Sentra around 18000 miles. A sensor light came on the dash of my car. I called the local Nissan Dealership to ask how to reset the light. I was told to put 35 pounds of pressure in my tires and if the light did not go out bring into the dealership. I had my tires inflated to correct pounds of pressure but light would not go out. 21st Century Insurance are crooked and deceitful! I received my new insurance bill for my 2003 vehicle to find that my insurance had been raised $252 for 6 month period, which is $504 a year. I have been insured with 21st century Crooked Insurance for over 7 years. I have no tickets or accidents and have been a loyal and good client. This is disgusting and a number of other profane words. How sad that our government does not protect us from this type of shady business practices.
