I purchased a 2004 GMC Envoy on 04-27-07 with 34, 125 miles on it. Since then I had a brake pad fall off while I was driving the vehicle. I replaced all four brakes, rotors, and tires. I have replace the instrument panel, secondary air pump (was filled with water), spare tire release mechanism, tie rod, wheel bearings, and most recently I had to replace the muffler and a section of the exhaust system. I want to complain about how Witbank Kohlers Delta treats their clients. I thought I could send my wife in and not worry about her being taken advantage of here but that was definitely not the case. I had her take her car in for a front brake job but instead they talked her in to a rear one so the problem with the front end vibrating did not get fixed until they did an alignment, turn the front rotors, and tried to get me to buy tires there but I would not. I leased an Acura TL three years ago and was talked into buying a LoJoack detection package for a ridiculous amount of money that was tacked on to my monthly lease price. I was told that the expense was worth it because I would have it forever, no matter what car I owned in the future. Now that I'm ready to lease another car, I find out that the LoJack stays with the car it was installed in FOREVER. I am no dummy, with two postgraduate degrees from Columbia University, and I did not find it necessary to read the fine print back then. I Placed an order with this company on-line. It took several attempts to connect to their server. I tried placing the order via phone, and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. I finally got the order placed online. I received an e-mail notice 3 days later that my order was received. On day 9 I still did not have a tracking order. I purchased a BMW from Tom Bush with a CPO for 100, 000 miles. At the time of purchase it was clearly mentioned to me that the CPO covers "bumper-to-bumper" except for tires, batteries and lights. We came to this place recommended by a towing truck (from the same company, no wonder why they recommend this place). With an extended warranty we were expecting to pay the deductible of $150.00. We told the service adviser not to do any work unless covered by the warranty. We would have picked our 2nd choice if they would have allowed us to. We were told by the salesman that it was "Certified". It was not and we have had to return the vehicle several times for repairs.
