Hi, We have raised a complaint on our non working state of Onida washing machine 7.5 kgs on 2nd may. I purchased an Acer Aspire M5201 desktop and used it for a bit over a year and had hard drive failure out of warranty. Contacted Acer tech support once new hard drive installed because restore disks were Vista 32 bit and the system came with Vista 64 bit installed to access all the memory. Explained to them that system came with 64 bit per-installed which they said could not be (my receipt shows 64 bit), they escalated to level 2 and they said I need to buy the 64 bit disks! Today is May 17th. I contacted U-Sell at the end of February to get a quote on my Droid. Their website would not give me a quote, I had to wait and receive it 3 weeks later in the mail. My boyfriend has been paying his insurance premiums for at least 3 years, and the insurance enables him to cancel his contract early. We are using samsung 1 ton split AC from 2006. Very recently as part of routine servicing we called the service enginner. I bought a cell phone from stephanis (sony ericsson ) and payed 115 Euro with a two year guarantee. Six months later the charging component of the cell phone stopped working, took it to the company for repair. After two weeks they said that the problem wasn't fixable and the cell phone would not be replaced in spite of the guarantee because as they argued it was my fault. I apparently caused an internal damage to the cell phone charging input by trying too hard to attach the charger to it.
