Hi, I purchased a Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner on 23 Apr 2011 at Jain Wire, DVG Road Bangalore. I used it only once on 29 Apr 2011 for about 35 minutes to vacuum clean our house. I switched off and packed inside the carton. On 30 April 2011, I tried to switch on to clean my computer; it worked for 3 minutes and got switched off automatically. I purchased a Mayer washing machine 1 year ago, costed $624, from Gain City, this new washing machine broke down recently. Mayer told me there is a component fault in main board however the entire main board is to be replaced at a repairing cost of $360, and minimum lead time of 4 weeks. Called sears for freezer fix on frig. Made me wait 1 week before they could come out. Took off work on the day and they never showed. I purchased a pandigital reader for my daugthers birthday and the screen has cracked on the inside, there is no damage to the outside which there would be had the unit been dropped, this damage has come from the pressure that is required to activate the touch screen and so is therefore a design fault which should be covered under the warranty. I am now sending my HTC Nexus One back for the 3rd time because the second refurbished phone they sent me had a power button that was not quite right. Now that button does not work and I am 10 days beyond my 90 day refurbished warranty. Should have guessed the button would go bad and I didn't. My only option is to send the phone back for a $55 repair and be without it for 10 days. My life does not allow me to be without my smart phone for even one day.
