I purchased a Maytag Quiet Series 300 dishwasher 2 years ago, the dishwasher constantly swicthes itself from normal wash to rinse cycle on it's own. We purchased and entire kitchen suite of appliances from LG Electronics and within two months had an issue with the icemaker. For the next 7 months the icemaker was change 4 times, the computer was changed, the control valve was changed along with the harness. I purchased and downloaded this software Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Ultimate), which would not install. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Finally, I purchased the DVD disk of the software, which was shipped, and installed properly. Today, Digitalriver sent me an e-mail, advising me that the download was defective, and instructing me to re-download the original purchase. If you need your computer repaired; I recommend going to a small, computer repair shop, where you will get more attention, instead of "Best Buy".
