I order RegCure and had it on my February Visa bill. Then when it didn't work, I tried again to download it, this time using a Discover card. They said it would be 9.99 off but now I am being billed the full price again! I tried to email them and called the number that was given, which simply directs you back to their Website! I just purchased one of these cameras from Adrenaline Systems on Ebay, there are several other names they go by (adrenaline cameras, helmetcamera.tv, extremeguys, etc.) but I suspect they all sell the same junk. These are *NOT* Sony ExView 580 TV lines bullet cams as advertised, I know I own many Sony ExView cameras and the picture quality is magnitude better than the camera Adrenaline Systems is pushing. Ordered a Cuizinart Easypop Popcorn Maker from Sears Online and received a Craftsman ToolBox instead. I immediately called 1-800-267-3277 and spoke to customer service. I was asked for my credit card details so that they could charge my card for a second time and order the product again. I refused to be charged as it was their mistake. Dane-Elec customer service or really lack of it. I purchased a Dane-Elec 8gb flash drive and the drive failed. I tried contacting by both e-mail and toll free number. E-mails were not returned for over 3 weeks. The toll free number went directly to voice mail. The toll free number is now working. I just wanted to say that Verizon needs to stop crippling their phones. Other cellphone companies allow their phones to have full use of the technology built into them. For example Verizon locks the GPS so you have to pay for their VZnavigator. If you have a PDA phone you cannot sync via blue tooth because Verizon locked that for use with a headset only. Other Cellphone companies will allow you send photos via blue tooth. People should not use this company until then learn that the consumer should be sold partially functioning products. read full review »

On Feb. 13, 2009 I placed an order with them for a cover for my cell phone. The item was to be shipped by ground with a total cost of shipping to be $4.00 bringing my total to $14.98. If you look at their website they specifically tell you they will contact you if the item is on backorder; by March 5th I still had not received my cover and no e-mail or phone call telling me that the item was on backorder and my credit card had already been charged.
