Hi, my name is Marck Optes, my little son formatted the whole computer system, what I can do with that - nothing really, because he is my son. So all the family pictures has been there, all the memories, there was nothing to do but ask for a recovery. It took two weeks, but it was done - perfectly - all the pictures are recovered, the only thing is that the files names are 1, 2, 3, 4... but as I was told the RAW recovery was done and there were no way to recover the names of the files, I can live with that :) the pictures are fine. I bought a $39 per month mobile broadband plan last year, it offers 5 GB every month, and my Windows computer could show the usage per month, so I follow it to ensure I do not overload, otherwise I should pay extra. They sent this trojan to my computer. The only way I could get online was through this company and they wanted 79.90 to download a anti virus software. Being that is was the only way through to the web I did it. Since that has happened I got an email saying that I haven't finished downloading product. I ordered professional package for a HDR-XR520V. Next day Brian calls to confirm my order. He started to up sell various accessories. I went with it but when the price got out of hand I said I wanted to return to the original package. Brian, who said he was the manager, decided to cancel the sale and he did just that. Poor customer service if that is what you want to call it. I paid almost $400 for maybe 24 uses. I called the company and they said I had to buy a new one, mine could not be repaired. Purchased a Protron Portable DVD, model #PDV-288 from Sears. Immediate problems charging portable battery pack to give the claimed 2.5 hours battery life. (only about 1 hour of battery life.) After not using appliance for approximately 6 mos., unable to charge battery pack at all. Not able to locate a replacement battery pack. Not able to contact Protron either by telephone, e-mail, or connect to their web site. Third party suppliers (Radio Shack, etc.) unable to provide a comparable replacement battery pack. We bought a brand new Sony Ericson T700 from Cellucom Bahrain branch, three months ago. As all knows Cellucom was a reputed company in Middle East so why to doubt. My husband purchased the Alienware m9750 in February 2008 as a gift for me. The system worked fine for a few months, but then began having problems keeping time. To make it short this company, 101phones was supposed to be a recommended company from Panasonic's website for handset replacements. They failed to get us the product they promised, sold us the wrong phone and then refused to pay us for the cost of returning it, which was their mistake. I purchased a Samsung monitor, now last year. I had problems from the start, I thought it was my new computer. I took my computer back to the store twice within the first 60 days of purchase.
