I placed an order for a Canon 50D camera and package. The order was given a confirmation number and I was sent an email stating the order would be processed in 24-48 hours. I purchased an emachine at Best Buy. I was told it would run my kids games...word..etc. In fact we would hardly keep it runing. i had 2 professionals look at it and they said there was barely enough memory turn it on. So 2 + the amount of memory (that they told me to use) was added and now it won't run at all. i took it in to get them to diagnose it and see if they could fix it and now they want 200.00 to fix it. Allstate Imaging originally called me to try their toner. I tried and bought that particular toner. I was later called and told that the toner was part of a package price and that they would ship the rest of the package. Once I recieved the toner I found out the price was more that I normally pay for toner. I knew I was scammed at that point, but didn't know what to do so payed my bill. At 6.48 on 7/03/09 i received a call from the delivery man saying he would be delivering the fridge in one hour. he turned up 25 mins. later. Purchased new model of above DVD burner. The unit didn't even format or read a disk in the burner. Could not format, could not record. Have read the help section extensively, and I don't think I did anything wrong in installationl. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, with same non-working result. Decided to go for support, only to find that there is none. The only website I could find was another company, with only solutions for specific FAQs. Very disappointing, because this drive was highly rated by a number of consumer reviewers on the web. Those guys ought to be advised and stop praising a bad profuct. Thanks. Very disappointed with this company..ordered 2 Lian-Li towers and received an email that one of the towers was out of stock. Received only one the Lian-Li towers and the other one apparently never came back in stock. My card was charged in about 24 hours for both products and never heard from them again. Online ordering process allowed me to go all the way through without one hesitation on Thursday, with next day air shipping at $60+ as this is an urgent item. Friday went by, Saturday went by, on Sunday I receive an email from an email address I cannot reply to telling me the item is out of stock, discontinued and that they "may" try to backorder it. I check online and find that it is still listed on the website with a discounted price, and you can still go through the order process with no issues. This site is terrible. Ordered a cooling fan from them since they had the best price. This was Jul 3rd and today is Jul 17th. I still don't have the product in my hands despite the status saying "paid".I tried calling their customer service number and it actually asked me to leave a message. we bought a televsion 4 years ago, paid 1, 000.00, trusted that Ge would provide a good long standing product. The tv suddenly quit working and after an internet search found that many people have the same problem, and bought their sets within a 4 month time frame as our purchase. ALL the same diagnostic problem, the repair for this will cost 400.00. I find this to be an obvious manufacturing problem, and feel that thomson should step up to the plate, and offer a solution, besides the one that was offered, " maybe its time to buy a new tv" ! This started as my fault as i accidentally hit the wrong button to update my norton 360, so i got double charged for i was trying to do, then i got ahold of customer service and they loaded norton360 on my computer anf charged me again. So that totalled 3 charges for the same thing...They had all 3 charges pending, posted the correct amount against my credit card and still have a doulbe amount pending against my card after i have sent repeated emails to them... I called FTC and BBB and AGO to register a complaint. If more of us will do that, they will put pressure on M-Tech and we can all get our money back. Hi, this board was marked K7DMaster SALE, only 1 left! $139. It was microstar factory exchanged, not used, we have no control over this. It was sold to him with a 1 year dealer warranty, which is our default warranty as stated on his sales receipt. It was in stock for 2 years and the box may have been worn a little.
