Online ordering process allowed me to go all the way through without one hesitation on Thursday, with next day air shipping at $60+ as this is an urgent item. Friday went by, Saturday went by, on Sunday I receive an email from an email address I cannot reply to telling me the item is out of stock, discontinued and that they "may" try to backorder it. I check online and find that it is still listed on the website with a discounted price, and you can still go through the order process with no issues. This site is terrible. Ordered a cooling fan from them since they had the best price. This was Jul 3rd and today is Jul 17th. I still don't have the product in my hands despite the status saying "paid".I tried calling their customer service number and it actually asked me to leave a message. Also sent an email to both the website manager and their sales email and got no reply. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that no one actually works at their site. I signed up on 24 Jan 2009 and cancelled on 27 Jan 2009 by following their procedures and have had USD$79.95 billed to my credit card. we bought a televsion 4 years ago, paid 1, 000.00, trusted that Ge would provide a good long standing product. The tv suddenly quit working and after an internet search found that many people have the same problem, and bought their sets within a 4 month time frame as our purchase. ALL the same diagnostic problem, the repair for this will cost 400.00. This started as my fault as i accidentally hit the wrong button to update my norton 360, so i got double charged for i was trying to do, then i got ahold of customer service and they loaded norton360 on my computer anf charged me again. So that totalled 3 charges for the same thing...They had all 3 charges pending, posted the correct amount against my credit card and still have a doulbe amount pending against my card after i have sent repeated emails to them... I called FTC and BBB and AGO to register a complaint. If more of us will do that, they will put pressure on M-Tech and we can all get our money back. Hi, this board was marked K7DMaster SALE, only 1 left! $139. It was microstar factory exchanged, not used, we have no control over this. It was sold to him with a 1 year dealer warranty, which is our default warranty as stated on his sales receipt. It was in stock for 2 years and the box may have been worn a little. The store is in Midpoint Orchard road right at the entrance to a mall. The salesmen are complete con artists and will get your trust immediatly. I got sucked into buying a cameral for 1730 Singapore Dollars which can be had at any other store for 1100 Sing Dollars. The catch is the wide angle lens they sell you. no problem with the dealer, the problem is with GEMB/GE Money. The payment statements never arrive, I get a statement dated 12 8/08 payment due 1/2/09 in which I sent a payment on 12/22/08, which should have reached them in plenty of time. After that no other statments are received to pay the bill, I finally get a phone call in Feburary from GEMB to verify billing address, which was wrong and corrected. On 03/03/09 I purchase this item for my job, and unforturnately due to the high security program we have we were unable to use this product. I returned to the store on 03/04/09 to return the software, and I was told by store manager Tom Moore that the store policy was no returns on opened software. First, they give you a window of arrival time of 4 hours...then at two minutes before the 4 hour mark they call to say they are "running behind" and will be another two hours. I had an HP all in one printer that served me well for 4 years until I wore the belt out. I thought it was a good enough product to buy another HP. I ended up buying an HP Officejet J 4550.
