I signed up with Skyway last Nov. They represented installation service for CA. at $149. After taking payment for a year they could not come up with someone to install. I had to install on our three story house. I find the cheaper download service to be very slow. Tech support never returns calls. I am unable to upload a lot of files as they do not have the right so called ports in their system. Whatever you do, don't buy this expensive vacuum. I had demonstrated to me at least five different kinds. The salesman assured me this was the best. (by the way, the store is out of business now) It was certainly the most expensive. I have had NOTHING but problems with it and when I finally had had it, all I asked for was one free service to fix the thing at least once more before dumping it in the Pacific. No way, they say. 1. Customer lost phone, they give bad service. I bought an iPhone with 2 years contract from Sept08. I bought a Casio Calculator at the Office Max Store in Crystal Lake as it was an advertised sale item. Although it was inexpensive, I always believed Casio product to be superior to other electronic equipment so I purchased one as a gift. I got a knock on my door at 9:00 at night. When I answered I found a door knocker for Team 1 Promotions asking if they could come in and clean the carpets. I placed an order for a Canon 50D camera and package. The order was given a confirmation number and I was sent an email stating the order would be processed in 24-48 hours. I had to call when I didn't receive the email and was enticed into ordering "better lenses". I was never told the lenses would not be Canon lenses. I purchased an emachine at Best Buy. I was told it would run my kids games...word..etc. In fact we would hardly keep it runing. i had 2 professionals look at it and they said there was barely enough memory turn it on. Allstate Imaging originally called me to try their toner. I tried and bought that particular toner. I was later called and told that the toner was part of a package price and that they would ship the rest of the package. Once I recieved the toner I found out the price was more that I normally pay for toner. I knew I was scammed at that point, but didn't know what to do so payed my bill. At 6.48 on 7/03/09 i received a call from the delivery man saying he would be delivering the fridge in one hour. he turned up 25 mins. later. Purchased new model of above DVD burner. The unit didn't even format or read a disk in the burner. Could not format, could not record. Have read the help section extensively, and I don't think I did anything wrong in installationl. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, with same non-working result. Decided to go for support, only to find that there is none. The only website I could find was another company, with only solutions for specific FAQs. Very disappointed with this company..ordered 2 Lian-Li towers and received an email that one of the towers was out of stock. Received only one the Lian-Li towers and the other one apparently never came back in stock. My card was charged in about 24 hours for both products and never heard from them again.
