I thought that it would be nice to get one for my two young children and so ordered one from the young man who I by the way have his name. I charted a 2 hour "Sunset Cruise" that turned out bad. After waiting at the dock for over 30 minutes, after calling him, Captain Mike sailed into the dock and informed us that he couldn't start his motor. One big ripoff. Not only did they not send the DVD collection that was advertised, but they do not have a return address listed on their website (presumably because the items are drop shipped from somewhere in Asia). The DVD's labels were hand written on (i.e. "disk #8, disk, #9, etc.) and the quality was third generation out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. In June of 2006, I met Chenoa Smith, found of Living Spirit Channel, and signed a publishing contract for a novel. I paid $1, 200 in return for product distribution. Shortly thereafter, I helped Ms. Smith host a "Living Green" party for the Emmys, shelling out almost $500 of my own cash in order to help her rent a van and pay for supplies. Within the past year I prepaid for songs that I could download at later date. I might have used 2 or 3. I recently went into FYE website to download some songs, I presumably paid for and couldn't find the option to download. In contacting them about it, I got a reply that FYE no longer offers this option and that I could get a refund if I supply them with information that FYE SHOULD HAVE, not me. I purchased a LG 42LB1DRA LCD TV in June 2007 based upon CNet and other recommendations. January 2008, just 6 months out of warranty, the picture went out. $150 replaced 3 capacitors. The authorized repair center stated LG put in the wrong size of capacitors, meant to last a short period and burn out quickly. The capacitors weren't big enough for the power supply. All software received was counterfeit. Product was shipped from China wrapped in a garbage bag. This company operates out of China. Adobe indicated product was copies and unsupported. Bidsofts.com refused to provide a refund. This company only accepts PayPal and PayPal recommends filing a police report but decined to credit your card back and referres you to your bank. My wife received a bill many months ago for a book and I paid the bill thinking it was for a book she ordered. It turned out she did NOT order the book, it was unsolicited, and she was irate at being scammed. My error in paying the bill caused the company to do it AGAIN and this time she has filed a better business bureau complaint (bbb.org). This company claim to be a Microsoft Gold Partner, Microsoft has never heard of them. They are fraudulent. They allowed me to download the product, all looked good, payment was taken from my card, then when running the product, there is no product key. Today my family and I patroned the Ripe Tomato Restaurant in Malta, NY for a buffet. We were charged $44.90 for two adult buffets and one junior buffet. I have used Webroots for years, and also advised many of my friends to purchase it. The product has worked OK. It does let some viruses through. When I loaded Avira on my system and scanned it found several viruses that Webroot Spysweeper didn't even know existed. But my real complaint is there service. After problems with the backup option of their software (which has never worked by the way) I called the support line.
