Anusha gas agency in kadirenahalli, bangalore has been harassing customers by not providing cylinders on time. Initially they take booking only after 25 day from delivery date and then after 25th day, u book, they take another 7 days to deliver. Seems like lot of illegal distribution in place. This company made several accounting errors on our account and refuses to give us the refund the owner, LeAnn Wilborn promised. If you deal with this company and they make a inventory or accounting mistake it seems to mean, "Too Bad", you will only get an internal credit. We built a house, and hired a guy/contractor, Clint Dellinger of Dellinger Construction to do 90% of the labor work. Among other oversights, they somehow forgot to pull two new electric lines (which we had contracted and paid for) into our kitchen before the walls were sealed back up and painted during a renovation. My suggestion to anyone considering doing business with Tri-State Building Specialties Inc. or considering a Tri-State Sunroom is to fully review the warranties prior to purchasing. Apparently, Tri-State expects that "any" glass panel, permanent or otherwise needs to be removed by the homeowner and brought to Tri-state's center for repair. This man was hired in 2009 for a simple roof replacement. During the first rain, the house leaked in several locations and flooded in one location. He denied any liability, refused to pay for damage and was not competent to fix the leak even after several attempts. He has anger issues in his business affairs. You dont always get what you pay for. I paid $6800 for entry doors and a storm door. First, the wrong trim was ordered, a month after the job was started it came in and was applied. WHen I called, the guy said "mistakes happen". The door knobs are cheap and move around when turned, the paint scratched anound them. I was told that they would install a new door bell if I got one. I did, they broke it, I got a new one, it works but is on crooked. A molding was broken when installing the trim and was replaced by an unfinished piece of wood, for me to paint.
