Do not buy an Americast sink. I installed it in June, 2008 and in a couple of months I started to see lots of scratches and grooves even though I live alone and am very careful not to scratch it. I have Home & Auto Insurance with ANPAC from past 7 years. As per their policy then pay back 25% of your policy premium after three years if you were claims free. We bought a memory foam bed from dreams less than 4 years ago. This bed cost over £1300. We have always used a mattress protector as advised when we purchased this bed. I hired the company to install tile in an bathroom. Thru a series of events I didn't use the bathroom for several years while I shopped for new built ins and fixtures. Once I started using the bathroom it was past their warranty but it was becoming quite obvious that the flooring was not properly adhered to the floor. I hired Kolde Concrete Construction of St. Mary’s Kansas to pour a complete basement for a house. The initial bid was for $31, 500. The finished product was not as bid. The walk-out door was poured 3 feet off its mark; the bearing footing was poured 8 inches off center so a small trench had to be dug next to the footing to allow excess concrete to fill the void when the floor was poured. Mallory & Sons Roofing Company of Punta Gorda, Florida installed a new $10, 375 barell tile roof on my home. In August, 06 the roof began to leak into the interrior of the home. We purchased the LRFD25850ST model fridge and have had NOTHING but problems with it. We also purchased a 4 year extended warranty from Home Depot which has turned out to be worthless.
