I ordered a refrigeration cooling coil from Nucold 5/25/2010 was told I would have it in two days. I received it a week late, damaged. I called and was told they would ship a new one on the following tuesday. I received it 3 weeks later after many phone calls and E-Mails. It was also damaged. The amonia had leaked out. Horrible customer service. They act like they are being put out by having to build you a deck, gets very defensive when you question any part of their work. Often promised to be here on a day to work...never called or showed up. Deck took twice the amount of time to build than promised. They purchased additional items to use on the deck, and only used half of the items on my deck, saving the rest for their next job, but they charged me for everything (and will probably do the same to the next customer). I bought a stainless stell GE gas oven less than a month ago and now two of the knobs that adjust the gas for the burners are bubbled up and cracking. This is rediculous that something this expensive is this badly designed. I've found loads of the same complaints on sites like this. The really crazy thing is that it doesn't look like GE has any replacement parts that will rectify the problem. Dear concern, This is regarding a construction going in very ill-mannered way at D-73, Ashok Vihar, Phase-1. They are using the entire portion of back lane for throwing their garbage, malwa. They have also constructed 3 kutcha houses for labor working over their resulting lot of mess, bad smell and breeding of mosquitoes and flies as they all do their morning hurdles (toilet and potty). Stay away from Vigitronx (Top Ten Alarm - terrible after sales support) and Telcoma (expensive low end Italian system with very limited installations in malaysia), Low quality problematic products, lousy service. The company is dishonest and is only interested in selling their rebranded low cost local system which is rebranded as Vigitronx. They depend on external contractors to install and do not have any in-house technical staff to provide after sales support. I switched my phone service to Affordable Phones because they only charge $20.00 a month. Unfortunately, if you ask me, you only get $20.00 worth of service per month as well. Each time they promise to give us six months free service and as soon as they connect it, the bills start coming and it is NOT a free trial. This time I have an email from them as I insisted on it. Mastercraft (MC) doors are made by MidWest Manufacturing (MW), a company owned by Menards, Inc. They do not tell you this in the sales process.
