I purchased a mattress & box spring for over $3, 000.00 less than 3 years ago. The mattress was defective and broke down to an uneven, lumpy, uncomfortable bed. I purchase Peachtree windows and doors in 1993. The factory glazing has failed letting water in. By the time you notice this (there is no apparent signs of water between window, etc.), the wood is rotting. I hired Jonathan Builders and regret the day I ever heard their name. They apparently already had numerous complaints against them with the State Contractors License Board when I hired them. This company specializes in installing doors, mainly garages, etc. It has friendly quoting staff and seems technically competent at basic installation. Used Cabot Cement Coat factory applied finish when constructing a new home. Within five years the color has faded to a completely different shade and my beautiful dream home looks awful. When I bought the bed from Factory Direct in Tukwila, WA along with buying the product, they offered a $500.00 gift card. We were asked to go to claimyourgroceries.com. I went to that website and was able to print the monthly voucher. You need to send the voucher along with the receipt from the accredited store that you chose the address they provided. Hands down the WORST customer service I've ever seen! A form was built by Rupp Family Construction to accommodate a concrete slab of approximately 14 feet wide, by 30 feet long, and 2 feet tall. I bought the refrigerator brand new. It looks nice but it doesn't cool. The refrigerator temp doesn't get lower than 40 degrees and the freezer stays around 68!. Called Samsung on 8/16/2009, 24 hrs. after I plugged the unit in for the first time. They created a ticket but now they are dragging their feet in "finding" a service center.
