This builder is cheater. The lady called Dr Raj is selfish and has not given many things which were agreed. example exaust fan, wooden door frames for bedrooms, panic switch etc etc. In addition to this she as forcefully taken 10000 Rs for gas connection (which was already agreed to give) + extra maintaince cost. I had received gas cylinder one month back. On 12th of this month when our previous cylinder finished, I attached filled one but it was not working so I called Darshan Gas & requested to send mechanic as I thought it may be gas stove problem. But that mechanic said, cylinder is empty. As I was in urgent need, I called Agency & requested them to send cylinder but she said it will come next day i.e. 13th August. But it didn't. I wish I had checked on this company before I hired them. By the way they are now known as NU Kitchen Cabinets and Floors, same company, different name. I hired them on December 3, 2008 and they promised to have my kitchen done before Christmas. Please beware!!! This is the worst company you can ever do business with. They are rude and very unethical. They did not get the permits like they promised. Currently we are having to deal with issues with our county because the fence did not pass inspection. They also did not follow the permit and now we have to spend close to $3000 to have another company come and fix it. We have reported them to BBB. Once you sign the contract and pay them deposit, they will start ignoring you and not returning calls. Lousy Jobs and no after sale services: We were so happy to purchase a new home from Century Grove Home a year ago. Before closing and after the PDI done, some jobs were still left behind. I bought luminous inverter and battery with 30 months of warranty on 21st July 2008. There was some problem with batter even before 12 months. They have been informed that my sq footage is only 361 sq ft and they will only accept The Commons stated footage as 455 sq ft so this means that each and every month every one of us studio apt tenanats are living in a unit of only 361 sq ft but being over charged on water sewer and trash becasue they are billing us on 455 sq ft. Since the installation of this so called smartmeter, my electricity bill has more than doubled. I have spoken to other home owners who complained about the same problem. I have not purchased any new appliances or changed anything in my home to create this high of a bill increase. In fact, we have change our thermostat to 84 degrees in 104 degree weather. We had nothing but problems from Wholesale Recreation in the beginning. It started with us being required to pay IN FULL (over 3K) in December 2007, but not receiving the product for over 3 MONTHS!!! Purchased LG refrigerator in 2007 and have had repeated problems with it overheating. On 8/6/2009 I discovered that it was starting to burn the area around the interior light bulbs. From this, I realized that the interior bulbs were staying lit even when the doors to the refrigerator were closed. All of the food in the fridge was hot and if I had not been home, the fridge would have caught on fire because the area around the light bulbs is black. I purchased a mattress in July, 08 from you. You sent out an adjuster who clearly stated the mattress is defective but it had 2 small yellow stains on it. I can find no such stains, easily brushed them off-looked like chalk, and I want a second opinion. I have a Cub Cadet RZT 50 zero turn mower that I bought new in August 2006. I only use it to cut my own lawn. I have 3 acres of grass, no rocks, and no problems with my lawn. I noticed 2 weeks ago that I had "scalped" the grass when I cut it. I pulled out the owners manual and read about the deck adjustment. I tried that, but noticed when I went to measure distance from blade to ground on right side that the blade wobled. I encountered endless problems with the use of Cabot Products to initially stain and then to remove the Cabot failed stain and refinish. Much correspondence with their tech department ensued.
