this copany sold me a brand new air conditioner and system for $5, 000 . I waited two weeks for service to repair a leaky dishwasher. The servive rep said that the leak was coming from a connection to the faucet and could not fix it because it was a plumbing issue. I purchased a chromcraft solid wood table and four chairs ($1800) in December 2009. The table arrived and the color of the pedestal base was totally different from the table top as well as the chairs. This was also different from the wood sample. These are the worst possible laminate floors to buy. Within 6 months of professional installation in our home, they are already bubbling at the seems. Their warranty, which reads that they are under warranty for 25 years "under normal household conditions", is worthless, as they won't honor it. We have taken excellent care of our floors but they will not replace the damaged planks. This was the worst contracting job I have ever had done on my home. Panther Windows and Siding was supposed to install two storm doors for $1200. Unfortunately the doors that they installed was worth a little over $100 each. After speaking to them not only was I insulted, but they tossed out my original door and still kept $200 after the doors that they installed were removed. So I am left without doors as well as $200. $200 may not seem like a lot, but it is way too much money to give away after having such poor service. It has been more than a few months since the ceiling in my bathroom was repaired and damaged the same week. Nothing has been done to fix this problem. I too am having problems and am quite disappointed. Especially, since my purchase was primarily based on Husky's brand reputation. Only 4 uses and 2 seasons later, the gun started to leak. At first these seem to be beautiful products but when you look further at the manipulation of wording you discover that you are not buying what you think you are. These are wind chimes that are supposed to be made with beach glass and stained glass. But upon further inspection you realize that they really are not beach glass at all. Southside granite in Dothan, AL is the biggest bunch of ripoff artists! I put up a large 50% deposit for granite for my kitchen and bathroom and they stole it.
