I had A&B Glass come to my condo to replace a window & fix the window latch. They replaced the window but it was horribly installed. The sealer/rubber they applied is all curvy & I tried to make it look acceptable but it's useless. It looks like a child installed it. After they 1st installed it as they were getting ready to leave I told them that they didn't expect me to accept this work. So they came back again & ONLY repleated what they had originally done. I'm glad Joe Armetta has been terminated. I know several dealers who have been negatively effected by his credit card processing and Pennysaver programs. I love my enclosed patios, but beware of the people hired to install them. The salesman will promise you anything in order to get the sale, but the construction crew may not be able to deliver those promises. We had a 10/12 4 season patio installed on a second floor flat roof. The Building Inspector must have been paid off, because he OK'd the design. 25K later, we had a room after weeks of delay. Phil promised a 4 week turnaround on my kitchen renovation, but 5 months of one disaster after another, and my kitchen is still incomplete. He has allegedly done this time after time to people throughout NJ and PA. I read about another woman who sued Linwood & is now at the end of a line of 25 civil judgements against them. Pinnacle Security sold me a home security system with a promotional offer through Value Buzz Saving Club which is a gas and grocery rebate program. This program was suppose to pay for my monthly alarm system for 2 years out of my 39 month contract. Learn from my BAD experience! I recently shipped several furniture items from PA to CA. These included two antique chairs that had been in my family for four generations. We chose R + L Carriers because they were a big company with the best bid. They instructed us to wrap each item in bubble wrap which we did very thoroughly. I purchase Peachtree windows and doors in 1993. The factory glazing has failed letting water in. By the time you notice this (there is no apparent signs of water between window, etc.), the wood is rotting.
