Highly recommend that you do not use this company. They underbid the job, are extremely slow and are not consistent in their work ethics. Very poor craftsmanship and workmanship, door openings not squared, slate tiles not straight, wall not squared or plumbed in our basement project. CastleRock Security Inc. automatically locked me into a new contract after my 3 year contract with them was complete. They didn't notify me that they would be renewing it. On march the 3rd 2007 I contracted Denny Petratos to replace the roof and skylight on my home. I had purchased a IFB microwave oven 20 ltr from one of the distributor named: Malaika Appliances in Vasai (West). Next day a person from IFB came in for a Demo, the machine worked fine then. Later on the same day evening I tried it on it worked for some time and later stopped working and the display panel was very very dim and did not work further. I informed about the same to the distributor as well as the IFB person that came for the Demo. He came over checked the machine and informed that the panel needs to be changed and will change it. He contracted to install gutter guards and never completed the job. 2. He put different shades of shingles on the roof and hid that fact from us. 3. Natuzzi sold me a leather sofa with a 10 year warranty on the frame. It broke once and was repaired. It has broken in the same spot and now the "warranty is voided" because I moved. It seems according to their standards, 98 for 10 minutes worth of work is a break. BUYER BEWARE...This furniture store has done everything possible to rip me off. I gave them a $50 deposit on a night stand in December 2008. They never got the furniture for me and they refused to return my deposit. I tried contacting several government agencies for assistance but no one could help. I purchased a Haier Commercial Cool air conditioner 03/2010. By June 2010 it was not working. I conducted all the trouble shooting options to no avail. The thing just will not turn on. I contacted costumer service. After a brief run around, I was finally given a ticked number and date for servicing. Well, that sounds great and all, however, the technician never showed up. I called again only to be told their records indicate my unit was serviced. Now I am stuck between a rock and hard place.
