Hi I bought a Godrej Ultra Tri bolt on Aug 23rd, with Free installation guaranteed and also mentioed on the package, After 5 calls to the call center, no technician has even contacted me. Each time, the call center agent has given false reassurance about the technician turning up the same day. The service sucks...no point in buying an expensive security system to keep it lying in the drawer. A salesman came out to my home and persuaded me in a very pushy manner to sign up with his company. The owner came out to my home next and tells me that he cannot do the job for the price that it was contracted for. The owner wanted an additional $1500 to proceed with the installation, and that he was not responsible for the salesman, Jeff Kieffer's mistake. The owner claimed that the salesman is an independent contractor, therefore, he is not liable. Buyers beware of low prices and overly pushy salesmen. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We purchased a Care Free Water Conditioner and after a year there was still no noticeable difference in the quality of our water. I contacted this company for various projects in my apartment. The alleged owner, Christopher Purnell came to my apt. and explained his business model. In short, he charges for his estimates. As he explaines it "it seperates the wheat from the chaff" as far as serious customers are concerned. I should have known then this guy was trouble. The owner of this company should be jailed. I unwittingly paid $75 for an estimate for a bathroom renovation. Owner Chris seemed professional and was to get back to me with a written estimate and layout ideas for my bathroom. The estimate fee was to be applied towards the job. J&K2 was solicited to install approximately 80sqft of granite countertop 102407. On the date of installation I asked the J&K2 to stop installation, i was not pleased with how the installation was looking. they assured me that the installation would be as i requested. We paid Coy Construction (Mike McCoy) in Warren, MI $18, 000 to build a high-end deck (brick columns and weatherbest deck materials). After 4 years, several of the wood joists warped making the deck uneven. I called the owner, Mike, and asked him to advise us on how to fix the problem. Sly, dishonest sales/installation company representatives ask you what date you want your bill to be paid by credit card. They do not inform you you will get double-billed up front if it's any date different from the day of installation. Pinnacle Security does not apply pro-rata billing ethics. My Frigidaire Ceramic Stovetop fell apart the other day. Heard this huge bang under my stove. I have drawers there, so when I went to open my drawer it wouldn't open. I thought maybe a pan had gotten wedged. So, called for my husband. We found that the bottom of my stovetop had fallen into my drawer. My 2 year old Kitchen Aid microwave stopped working. A&E technician came out and ordered parts to fix it it. The total was over two hundred dollars. Also stated the electrical outlet was bad. I had an electrician come out and replace the outlet, which was burned to a crisp. After replacing the outlet and plugging the microwave in it worked perfectly. So now I'm stuck with with a spare magnetron, capacitor, and resister that the repairman ordered and I paid for. I will question the technician when he comes to install the no longer necessary parts.
