After purchasing heal a seal product and using as directed in their booklet, the product would not fix the issue, a leaking cylinder head gasket. I emailed them for help as advertised and they will not respond to my emails. The product has not worked and looks like they are trying to get out of refunding money if it does not fix the issue. Would like to warn other from dealing with this company. I read comments on various websites about this product the majority are from people who have not tried the product. Insinkerator corroded and flooded under the sink. This happened after 2 years. I see full of hard water stuff in it. Fortunately when I called insinkerator they were nice to send me the newer model i.e stainless steel tank with out any charges. I guess they are very considerate in that sense. Or they are aware of this problem. I read somewhere on the web they have recalled some of the models because of similar problem and electrical hazard. I was given a Kitchen Aid slow cooker for Christmas. Sometime after the third time I used it, I noticed debris inside the cooker when I removed the liner. Examination revealed tiny cracks in the ceramic liner. The next few times I used the cooker, the number and size of the cracks increased. Company gave an estimate of over $400.00 just to open a hole in the ceiling necessary to repair/replace waste pipe (additional $1000). We then hired another master plumber who, with a helper, cut a 10" square hole in the ceiling, did exactly the same work in 45 minutes and charged us $350.00. Shutter company took my money, never installed shutters. Calling on the phone was useless. If I went to the office at 5025 N. Hiatus Road, they would send me to the 5181 NW 108 Av. Sunrise location. My husband ordered 100 roses from RoseSource.com The roses did not come on the day specified. They arrived in bad condition. American standard sinks, had to "special order" at home depot, waited a week, hired a contractor to install, new faucets etc., it seems my sink is level on the top but both drains keep excessive water that will not drain, the sink is ref # s0101, sku 375-498, duel level7179.803.045,/7179.803.045 silhouette, paid $352.50, for the sink alone.
