Tried to order as advertised on TV. Phone was automated and after giving credit card information(first), the telephone order turned into a nightmare. TV Ad misrepresented items that you receive for costs as advertised. After 15 minutes of telephone badgering, I did not know what I had ordered nor the cost, stated "Cancel" to the automated machine (which did not reconize that command). I worked for Field Asset Services for 4 years. At first they paid on time and paid the entire invoice amount. The last year they would wait until the work was done and the photos were uploaded and then start with we were missing photos or there was not enought to support the work done. This last year they have not paid me for about 10 propertys that were completed and my workers have been paid and the dumping has been paid. I have called, emailed and have constantly complained. We have a protection plan for our furnace with TH Oliver. The plan contract clearly states that all diagnostics are covered. when our furnace stopped working we called TH Oliver. The service person diagnosed our problem (incorrectly, we later discovered.) He then stated that since our problem was not related to a malfunctioning part, he would have to bill us for $180! I purchased a very expensive furniture set (Near $10k) from Doug Crede who is the Sales Manager at Thomasville Home Furnishings in Jacksonville, FL. We've paid this company every month for over 20 years. Now that we want to discontinue our service, they state that our contract (which we signed with a company that they took over) is on auto renewal and is extended until 2014! In short, it doesn't matter that you've been a loyal customer. They have no mercy and will call daily asking for payment. DON'T sign any contract with this company. This heater, another cheap piece of crap made in China, stopped working in February; we bought it in October. Since Feb. 24, I have been given the runaround by customer service, saying variously that the part (fan motor) was on back-order, was not on back-order, that I would get it in two days, that I would get it in a week or ten days, etc. I still do not have the part, so I am giving up and requesting a full refund for the return of the heater. We had windows and doors installed by Weatherseal. There is nothing obviously wrong with the products, its the complete disregard Weatherseal have for us, the customer. Windows installed within a week which was good. They the faults that had to be rectified went on and on and on. We had five windows replaced about eight years ago by Champion. There are warrantied against failure for life. All five windows have failed and are foggy. One even has insects in between the panes of glass. I called in the beginning of November to get them replaced. I have been receiving calls from an agent at Furnmart in the collections department due to late payment of monthly fees for products obtained from Furnmart Botswana Station branch from a Mrs. Moeng, who is decidedly rude and unprofessional in her conduct.
