Dear Sir, My complaint is regarding the illegal construction going on on the 3rd floor of 25-B, L.I.G.Flats, Rajouri Garden. They are constructing the floor without the required permission from DDA authorities. This will encourage all the people staying there to construct the 3rd floor which is of DDA, and not theres. But all the first floor occupants have consturcted the second floor and now they are going a bit further. So its my humble request to take the necessary action against the offenders. We bought the first liner from AAM, Co it was so mis measured that the liner had to be replaced. then the second liner came and there waswrinkles on the step under the diving board. We had asled them to smoth out the walls and bottem of the pool before the liner was installed but they didnt, then when the liner was inatalled they didn't have a continuas run, this is what seals the liner to the coping. I have a Maytag refrigerator where the lights on the door panel went crazy and the inside of the fridge was getting warm. I called AAA Appliances the next morning. They came out and the so called repair guy rips off the front panel with his little screw driver and says "Wow, Ive never seen anything like this!!" I guess you need a new board. I love Prodex Insulation: I bought a lot. I have insulated over ½ my attic with it. I also bought the double stick tape from Insulation4Less along with the foil tape. Here is what I think about installation – it is easy. I had fiberglass insulation with a poly vapor barrier covering the insulation and rafters. I stapled the poly to the rafters and slit the poly between the rafters so as not to trap moisture. I ran the double stick down the poly covered rafters and then applied the Prodex Insulation. Best tankless water heater at a resonable price and great customer service. I call at 10 PM when i finaly done with my instalation and i was not sure about a detail. Response was profesional and right on the money. With tankless technology, sizing is paramount. This company purports to be a high end firm that sells only to "THE TRADE". Every firm I have dealt with in the past has owned up to their errors and made things right in every sense. In this case, we found a beautiful drapery fabric in stripes. We specifically asked if this was a vertical stripe as that is what we wanted. On 16 Jan 2011 my fiancee called 'Hickman Plumbing', to repair a water leak I had noticed a few days before. The water leak was coming from behind a water valve in the shower; it was easy to hear and only required a small piece of tile be removed to repair the fitting. I make an appointment over the phone through an automated service when my dryer stopped heating up. Then I had to call back the next day to make sure they could also service my fridge that the ice maker stopped working on. This time I spoke to someone on the phone. Don't you even go there. Its a RIP OFF! I bought mattress there ( Miralux Rave 11 full size $500, without base), i payed $30 to pick it up from the store ( can you believe it? ). After a few nights it started loosing support and couldn't sleep on it, it caused terrible back pain. Chad Ramey, owner of Affordable Appliance Repair, charges $69 for a service call and says that this fee will be applied to the repair. He doesn't return to repair appliance. his service call does not trouble shoot the problem; his stay at my home was 3 minutes and once he gets your check he rushes to your bank to immediately cash it. We have had now 6 of our Hurd casement Windows in my house implode. These are terrible DANGEROUS windows that jeopardize the safety of my young children, my husband and myself. Several months later when I go back to purchase filters I am advised I didn't buy an RO unit, but a simple water purifier. I own a 3 year old upright Kenmore Freezer purchased from Sears. On Wednesday morning I found the contents starting to thaw out. I called Sears for service and was told that they could get someone out on Friday between 1 and 5 PM. I paid Kevin Ellner upfront for landscaping work that was never completed. A single worker came the first week and tore up the back patio area and dirt. Some brush removal was done and piled up in the front yard. It took three months of weekly requests before the debris piles were finally moved. . I ordered repair parts from this company in October 2010. I eventually received the merchandise, but they sent the wrong part. I notified them about their error and returned the part for a refund. We bouhgt a Jacuzzi (Fado) from Amanda at Spatech, on 3 December 2010. Since the beginning the air blower didnt work properly, whenever you switch it on it smells like plastic and then it trips, the wooden cover is coming apart and there are places that is not varnished, there are no sand underneath the jacuzzi there are only wooden sticks, they were suppose to give us everything that was right to set it up. My Uvers connection keeps dropping every 3 minutes. I call support and reached the well knkown "Bob" from Atlanta. Bob had a rich indian accent. In any event Bob was rather nice and helpful with me and my complaint. He scheduled service for between noon and 4pm. The problem I had was that I couldn't be there until 2:30.
