I purchased two packages of Williamsburg drapes from Paul's Home Fashions in Texas via the internet. I did not open the package until yesterday and was surprised how light the fabric was. I was disappointed and discouraged by the product, but washed them and today am ironing them. CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE - bought a bunk bed for my daughters in March - paid for insured shipping. When we received the bunk bed there were scratches on the head board. After communicating with them for about 6 weeks via e-mail, we resolved the issure. They were to send me a paint pen to touch up the scratches, and they refunded 8%. Purchased a Sofa -Loveseat- Chair Set from Rooms to Go delivered by the end of November 2010. Within a month the cushions were breaking down, so contacted them to review product. We completed 100% of our contract and he kept getting draws from the Iowa Department of Transportation but didn;t pay us. We have had buildings insurance with C & G for a long time without complant until we tried to make a claim. They passed our claim through to a company called Asprea. They are awful. Calls are never returned the surveyor is impossible to get hold. In our case the "surveyor" was a Tyrone Barnes - absolutely useless. We currently have 10 units covered by Sensible Home Warranty contracts. In the almost two years we have placed maybe four (4) calls for service, out of those 4 calls we have not been reimbursed for 1 repair which we had to end up calling our own contractor in for repairs. Another call is still currently open ( 4 days and a lot of lip service but no contractor to repair a blower motor in our heater furnace. They did some maintenance on the property's main water supply to over 50 residential units. They broke the on/off switch at about 3pm, leaving us without water. Williams HVAC and David Williams can not be trusted with money. Williams damaged the interior wall and doors jambs inside my residences and promised to pay for it. Since he had no bank account and no driver's license, he could not cash a check from the escrow company that was paid to him for the work. Had Aarvark Air clean my airducts in our home, they totally scammed me, two weeks after the 800 dollar job we had to have furnace work done and the duct work was filty, they didn't clean anything. American Home Shield sent ARS to my home to repair leaky toilets in June and July 2010. I have discovered ARS never properly repaired the leaks and I have no warranty. I purchased my 2 story home in 09/2009. It came with a 1 yr warranty. In June/2010 I noticed a stain in the ceiling of my laundry room and in the garage. I contacted AHS. Rooms Unlimited in Medford, NY misleads customers and makes promises they will not keep when it comes to delivering furniture. We were told the livingroom set we ordered would be in within 8-12 weeks. After 15 weeks we were still without the furniture and nobody could tell us why it was late or when it would be in.
