I purchased a house full of furniture from these people and paid them upfront. When it was delivered, they put pieces together incorrectly and they collapsed, but to top it off, they damaged my wall and carpet. My natural gas heating bill was high, though I keep the thermostat below 65. Money's tight so I gritted my teeth and paid. Finally, I looked, and tho nat'l gas prices have NOT risen, I was paying more/therm to this ESCO than I had been to the gas company before I signed on w/Spark Energy. Way more. I purchased a Trio frig from Sears on 12/05. I immediately noticed ice on the meat drawer in freezer but technician did not seem concerned. Last year water began pouring on the floor. I purchased a Bravo Maytag Electric Dryer. Because of space limitations I need to have the vent exhaust come out the side, not the back. Their terms & conditions states that they reserve the right to replace the damaged product withing 30 calendar days or refund in full. Of the 27 QUICKSTYLE Laminate floor ''Reflexion'' 8mm boxes I bought at Home Depot 'Beaubien' (Montreal North) on November 1st, 2010, 11 had defaults. Purchased a Samsung dishwasher on 4/25/2010 ot Lowes. Almost immediately it started leaving food particles on the dishes. Then I started noticing an odor from the dishwasher. I had work done by him because he was on the home warranty vendor list. I was convinced by him to escalate the problem to the insurance company and he made sure his quote met the insurance estimates. I bought a brand new Troy Bilt snow blower on Feb.6'11. I used it once and the belt broke. I went to Canadian Tire at two nations crossing and was given another belt. I took it home and put it on. We have had now 6 of our Hurd casement Windows in my house implode. These are terrible DANGEROUS windows that jeopardize the safety of my young children, my husband and myself.
