Today is the 26th of February, 2010 and I have not received the product I ordered nor have I been able to contact the company by telephone or email. I signed my contract in June and paid 27, 900 and very little is being done towards completion. It is now the end of Feb 2010 and it is still not finished. I hired TMS Construction from Palmdale, California to remodel my kitchen. The owner came once to give me a bid. He acted very agreeable. His contract did not have any details. His workers were sub standard. The work was atrocious and had to be re done. He refused to finish the job. He never even returned to check what the workers had done. Never use this company. You will be totally sorry. My granite in my kitchen sank. My plumbing leaked into the drywall. They put in the wrong type of molding. We had fixed our broken water pipe through them. A mexican guy came with 2 of his young apprentices and his young apprentices worked while he watched and directed them. One of his apprentices had no experience at all. Soon after they were done, we noticed that our bathroom faucet and bath shower waters came at a very reduced flow. This guys website says that they have been in business for 10 years. After further investigation they have been in business 1 1/2 years. The doors are not finished very well after they are fabricated. I believe they come out of China and they are not energy efficient. Their showroom is a tiny strip mall suite with about 15 doors to view. They are just a broker in my opinion. I would not be surprised if they were in business one day and gone the next. I purchased a Decoro Upholstered Sofa from Decorium, along with a leather recliner chair. After waiting FOUR MONTHS for these items to be made and shipped from China, they arrived. The chair had a flaw in the leather, but Decorium wouldn't do anything about that. Since then, the chair has basically fallen apart - the arm has separated from the chair seat part. I called Zducts Inc to get my air ducts cleaned for $40. The technician came out and said i had holes in the ducts and they would rip if they cleaned them and that i need to replace all the duct work. They wanted $5500 to replace 14 vents and install 2 more vents with R6 ducts that have some polymer material inside and fiberglass on the outside so rats can't chew into the ducts. They have never come back to finish the job despite numerous phone calls and faxes sent to their office. LG front-loading washers are very attractive and they work very well when they aren't broken. However, once you get a code that indicates your machine requires service, your nightmare begins.
