This is a very poor quality floor that cannot handle changes in temperature. Even with 25% plus humidity in my condo (which is recomended by this manfuacurer) these floors separate. My boyfriend and I went in and picked out a bed, then we looked at a couple other places to compare prices, Liberty had the best prices and at first the best family oriented customer service. We signed a contract for replacement windows. After everything was signed, the call to the home office said we needed to add $1440 for some mysterious "caps". Enough Harrasment This is a complaint for a Indane gas dealer called ( Nath Traders (gas agency) of Indian Oil Corp (Indane), Zamrudpur, New Delhi (near GK-I) New Delhi, Delhi 110048, INDIA) . Purchased Nirvana Laminate flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Pittsburgh PA. Once purchased was told all sales were final - no returns. Prior to instaLlation my contractor and myself realized just how inferior this product was. The floor crumbled in my hands with little pressure- but I was stuck - I couldnt return the product! Mark Besnos, the "project manager, " at first appears to be an honest contractor. However, when the contract is signed (or cancelled) he turns into a character who at the best, acts unprofessional, and at the worst, plays dirty. His contracts allow for a three-business-day period for cancellation, so please consider the situation thoroughly before that period is up; luckily, in this case, we got out. I await the refund of my deposit. I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this contractor/company; I am looking into complaining to the Better Business Bureau, and want to spread knowledge of this foul company as much as possible. read full review »

Sears used the wrong part on my Snowblower. Repair lasted 5 minutes. Then they would not refund my money. Actually, they waited just over a month to tell me that last part. My theory is that they try to bypass the credit-card charge-back period (which I have now proceeded with). I have Devics disease and I am in and out of the hospital due to the damage to my spine which causes me to lose all use of my legs. I have a hospital bed at home but when I’m in the hospital I noticed that the mattresses I lay on for up to 3 days relieves most of the pain in my spine. I purchased a dining room set with arm chairs from Easylife furniture to help my disabled husband to sit at the table after he fell and fractured his skull in 2007. Hi, I went to Nakumatt and bought a Ramtons sandwich toaster which on the product cover and user manual stated that it had four types of plates. On unpacking it, it only had one type of plates and subsequent follow up with Nakumatt Holdings we were told that it comes with only one set of plates.
