I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress 2 1/2 years ago and it is defective. The sides are sinking in terribly while the center is hard and much higher in position. My parents purchased one as well and are having the exact same problem. I paid to have an inspector come and they told me that this was normal and claimed I had a stain as well which cancelled my useles warranty. There was no stain at all. Now I have to pay another $50 to have someone come out and tell me the exact same thing. I would never purchase a mattress from Leeds and / or Simmons. Neither one will honor the warranty. Dear Sir, I have bought A floor in Luxotica by Today group in gurgaon. But the Builder is a nukmber one cheat. After taking whole money in advance he is not delivering the flat as prescribed. Macadams Forbes contracted us to do a granite countertop installation for their customer during a remodel. Macadams Forbes refused to pay final invoice after completion of the installation. I believe their main office is located on 312 Brentwood Avenue, Trussville, Alabama 35173. I believe the company is owned by a Tony C. Gowins. I bought a matress there weeks ago and it stank soooo much. It smelled like cigarrate! I wouldnt recommend for anyone to buy something from there! I even tried spraying it with linen/mattress spray to get rid of the odor, but that didnt work. So I exchanged it, and I had the same problem. I am a former employee that has been unable to get my W2, nor a return call. For all ex-employees-I called ADP and paychex. They verifed the information on the bottom of your last paycheck is correct as far as wages and withholdings. They will not release the W2 to us directly because Nomad owes them money too, go figure. 2/18/10 My claim to repair leaky faucet valves was denied because the knobs were off when the repairman looked at it and he said that he could not diagnose the problem even though I had the knobs nearby and I even offered to turn the water on for him so that he could see that the problem was obvious. The leak had caused the tile around the area to fall and we had cleared out the falling tile so he said that the site was not intact so they denied the claim. Garhart built a two story addition on our house. We have had problems with the roof leaking, improper insulation, leaking gutters, electrical not up to code and other issues. This guy is the epitome of unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone hiring him to ANY type of work. Barrera Pluming Services installed a toilet for us. It was in a new location from where it was before and apparently broke the toilet flange when installing it. They refused to take any responsibility for the workmanship and blamed it on us. I have purchased a used sawmill that was manufactured by Norwood Industries. The previous owner had lost the operator manual.
