Waited for over a month for the ACTUAL processing of our order, 11 Herman Miller chairs. Assortment of missteps with their CS. Story ranged from, "we expect them to be to us next week" to being blatantly hung up on when calling. Strangely, after constant status checks, our order magically converted to "this order is in the final stages of processing and cannot be changed". BS. On June 2, 2010, my mom hired Don Maxwell Furniture Repair (located on 885 Mountain Avenue, Mountainside NJ)to repair her dining room chairs. The joints needed to be glued. She was very upset when the chairs were returned damaged. A couple of chairs were glued crooked. Others had been carelessly split. They were also returned with saw dust all over them. I bought a Generac 48 KW generator in Oct 2009. I paid $13, 000 for this generator. I purchased the generator from a dealer in the US (AP Electric) with the understanding that I was going to ship the Generator to Costa Rica where I am building a house. The dealer in the US told me there should be no issue with warraty coverage since Generac had dealers in Costa Rica. After our house was on fire we hired MIRS to restore our home and it wasn't rebuilt when Mr.Amundson promised. When we asked why our home was taking so long to be finished on time Mr.Amundson said it was the vendors faults. When we contacted a few of them they said they weren't paid so they weren't going to finish the job. Mr. Amundson was paid in full by our insurance company. I bought a Bosch Hammer drill from Argos on 19th November 2010 and used it once, the handle on the side of the drill came off.
