I had purchased a Malm queen bed frame last year and had to purchase the added metal frame piece and wooden slats that the matress sat on. I had no problems until about 3 months ago when I was getting up from my bed and the one side collapsed in. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing. They charged 70$ for a service call and the only thing the guy did was tell me I needed a new hot water heater and that it would cost me close to 2500$. He didn't drain the tank or stop the leaking or anything! It is for a traditional, every day 40 gallon water heater in a condo. I had another plumber do it for under 1000$. I am outraged that something that has happend over 9 years ago is still haunting me. I was told about 4 years ago before my first deployment, that this home was supposed to be taken off my report after 7 years which would have been in 2008 when I came home from deployment. In October, 2009 we have ordered sofa sleeper and love seat. Store representative told us, items are in stock, will be in before thanksgiving. Around thanksgiving they told us that our furniture is going to be delivered at our house, but by mistake they brought regular sofa. Don't use MI windows. If you have problem the life time warrenty isn't worth the paper its wrote on. My windows have condensation around seals and MI has never tried to do anything about problem. I had MarisBrooks side my house with the guarantee the job would be done professionally and quickly. This was right after they installed a new roof. I was told by Steve Reichert that he did all of the work with his own employees. It became obvious after the job started that he subbed the job out to someone else. We bought a sealy 2 years ago with a 10 year warranty. The mattress is defective and after 3 months I finally got a letter that I may replace the mattress but that a different model would have to be chosen because the one we got is not longer being made. I hired Andrew Segovia Enterprises, Ottawa Ontario for what I thought was a 3 day interior paint job. A proposal was made but not noted in the proposal was lack of detailed surface preparation which led to most of the problems which arose in this disaster of a paint job. I have invested in La Hoya Bay Residence, Al Marjan Island Project in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) in the UAE. RAKIA, the state controlled construction company is the master developer responsible to deliver the apartments to investors. So far, they are unable to settle legal issues with a private developer "Frank Khoie". Investors are held hostage here. RAKIA can't be trusted. Their leader Sheikh "Ass" can't be trusted either. Spent almost 6 grand for the call king temper-pedic bed w/ the ergo bases and the steel bars at the end of the bed band hit my feet when the watch TV or read and I'm sightly ober 5 feet 8 inches tall and it hurts!
