I purchased 25 tablecloths from Ya Ya Creations of efavormart.com for my daughter's wedding. I planned ahead, ordered early and upon opening the individually wrapped items a couple months later realized that 19/25 tablecloths were stained with what appeared to be sauce or rust and /or smudges of black oil or grease perhaps from the the machine on which they were manufactured. S & S Heating
Had a brand new furnace and AC unit installed - the units were not properly tested or adjusted. It is a two stage furnace and some of the wires for the thermostat were broke for the second stage to work properly, the installers never properly tested the unit to see if the second stage would even work. I complained to the owner of the company, so he stopped out and had to adjust the gas valve, because it was never adjusted. He was the one that noticed that the wires were broke. In JAN 2009 I purchased a Sea Fox 236 Center Console at the boat show. I put down 50 % deposit and I did not receive the boat until 6 months later. When I finally received the boat and went to view it at the dealer, the cushions were different from what I saw at the boat show, much cheaper looking. Submitted claim for reimbursement on 17 July 2009. Company received, acknowledged defects. U. S. Steel Building promised to promptly reimburse me for manufacturing errors to steel girders/beams that were mis-configured and would not bolt to building frame. Have a phone account with Fairpoint (who I also believe shares culpability) in which a parasite provider attached to our Fairpoint invoice charging us 14.95 a month. When approached they were vague about their services and difficult to deal with. Finally we get a guarantee of refund of two months and they tell us that it will also take up to two months to credit our account and are still vague about how they attached to our service in the first place. I bought a new SeaFox 2009, 256 Center Console and the first four months using the boat everything was fine. After taking the boat to the dealer three times for many stress cracks, they took the boat back to the factory to replace the hull because my hull was splitting, it took 8 months to get the boat finally back, and the boat came back a mess! One word...fraud. Paid over $3, 000.00 to them in the first year and DID NOT receive advertising we paid for.
Forget trying to work with customer service...they are useless. No one can give you a straight answer and I spent hours on the phone
with them...mainly on hold of course. You are bond by a contract and although they are not providing the service you are paying for...they will not
let you cancel...you simply get the run around ...and around and around. Save your money...they are crooks though and though.

I have a refrigerator purchased in September, 2007, model # RS2530BSH. First last Feb, 2009 the control panel goes out and surprise that's not covered and since it was the electronics, OK I guess. However, less than a year later, it starts making this buzzing noise that gets louder and louder so I'm thinking compressor. Talk to Samsung, that would be covered as part of the "sealed system", however after a $75 diagnostic call, turns out it's the FAN which isn't covered and another $200+ repair. If you've had a cavity wall filling done by this company, you might want them to come back and double check they did the work. They did the work just over a year ago, but due to a problem they came back and check with a camera and found that there was very little filling.

If anyone is looking for an alarm service for there home, please be aware of checkmate security systems. We found them through an ad (1st mistake), and signed a contract. When we had work done on our house, we had the service suspended. As per checkmate, we were told this would not be a problem. Unfortunately we were unable to have a new alarm system placed due to money. Mr. Ferro is a very pleasant man who has no knowledge of designing a bathroom. He did not advise me as to appropriate dimensions for my fixtures-everything from bathtub and sinks are too large for the room. I let his lack of quality control pass and the fact that he misrepresented the use of sub contractors when I was very definite about his employees only working on my house. I've read the complaints about Electrolux appliance failures and Electolux's poor response.
They all seem to have a similar theme: product fails & Electrolux delays and/or denies replacement covered by warranty--with attrocious customer service throughout the process.
Is it possible that we could join together with a class action suit?

We have had Estimated bills for some time - EDF reckon that the meter has not been read since Apr 2007 - though I know that I have sent through readings via phone - although this is long winded.
My last quarter's bill was £189.00. There are only 2 of us living there. Heating is via domestic oil. My partner works from home.

i would like to lodge a complaint against laxmi gas agency in Jharsuguda, Orissa,
the following are the list of shortcomings:
1. very poor delivery of LPG cylinders againt bookings going to 30 days or more from the date of booking, causing great inconvenience to single connection customers
2. Non response to customer calls and poor feedback on after booking
3. lack of the use of any standard procedures by dealer in providing connections.

After hitting the buy button you see that you were charged for 2 Yoshi knives, 2 peelers and 2 times for the shipping. I have been appalled by Laura Ashley's customer service - shocked!!! I have been trying to resolve an issue and have so far been on the phone for 4 hours to al their 0871 numbers! Bright Effects Compact Flouresent Bulbs
Like so many other people have been complaining about I have the same problem with my Bright Effect CF bulbs. When we built our current home and moved in 2 years ago we changed nearly 50% of the bulbs upon moving in and have continued to add more and more of these CF bulbs since then.
Problem now is about a year into there use, (we're empty nesters and live in the dark, so no these bulbs have very little use time on them)

We made a payment arrangement to pay a past due balance on a water bill that amount to 182 dollars. They said that we could pay 77 dollars and the balance the following week. They took the 77 dollars out of my account that day and then 4 days later shut off our water anyway and then had no one to turn it back on because it was after 5pm. There should be some sort of statute that requires any utility company that has the ability to shut off any utility in your home should be available 24 hours in case mistakes are made like this one.

Flat Roof Solutions
I ordered and paid for 3 - 45 foot long rolls of EPDM roofing from Flat Roof Solutions. They shipped 35 foot long rolls. They then shipped the balance, promising to deliver on a specific day. The replacement arrived 3 days later than promised. I was then forced to hire someone to do the work I had planned to do myself.
Flat Roof Solutions refuses to accept responsibility for the outcome of their errors. They could care less if their mistakes cost me money.

They walked off they job twice. Put up crooked studs, broke my bathroom fixtures, did not follow directions, the contractor took off on vaacation every time they started a new phase of the project, the roof wasn't nailed to the beams, they flooded my kitchen, they blew the electricity in the basement and at every turn they kept asking for more money and never got a dumpster for the debris which is all over my property. $29000 later, I have to have it ripped down and start all over, and this was just a garage and family room framing addition. During the summer of 2009, I spoke with a representative of Needham Roofing, Keith Orr about getting an estimate to have my roof fixed. At that point, I had already had an estimate to get it fixed and a check for $4500+ which I signed over to the roofing company. Having had the plumber in the 1st ime to do a 'Gas safety record' 15 months ago the next plember eventually turned up after a several failed appointments only to find the gas flue missing?!
He did the right thing in turning the gas boiler off(much to annoyance of our tenants for 2days). Only to order part and return to finish gas safety check. I purchased an "Infinity" Hot Tub from MYA. I have had nothing but problems out of it. MYA (I thought) graciously handled the problems when I could not get ahold of Infinity to follow through on the warranty work. Now, I find out that Infinity is bankrupt!
