Bought a Paviolon HP laptop with vista and purchuse a 3 year sevice plan. the laptop work well until 25 months the screen went black after calling several times I got ahold of someone and started the process. I would like to warn anyone interested in a Mattamy home in the Half Moon Bay development in Barrhaven, Ottawa that the quality is something to be aware of. I bought a whirlpool gold refrigerator from Low's late October 2009 and it was delivered a few days later. It worked for first few weeks. Then I took an 3-week vacation and it surprised me when I got home. The refrigerator completely stopped working. All the ice melt and everything inside (pork, chicken, sea food, beef, ...) spoiled. This is peak season of winter and we don't have the heat at home. We have paid our Gas bills to Atmos Energy on Monday and this is thursday. They have not reconnected our gas. We can't cook, we can't take bath as we our water heater is also gas. Everytime I call them I have to be on hold atleast for two hours and when I do finally speak to someone at Atmos, I am told the gas will be on next day. It has been going on for the last four days. IN 1998 we had our roof redone with shingles by BP Canada. The work was done by a licensed roofing contractor here in Connecticut. You've probably heard their add on the radio. I hired them for a repipe. They did not complete the work in contract. They did not do work to code and they stole and damaged property. The steam shower and garden tub seemed like a great idea for our new home. WRONG! The unit came in 500 pieces and the directions were completely useless.
