They never left messages and called from various numbers, even one stating "restricted." The compressors by Rigid are poor quality and the Home Depot has no means to service any problem. I went through 4 gas powered compressors in one year. 2 were under replacement and the other two were repaired at my own cost. Rigid portable twin tank models are complete junk. 6 units failed in a 18 month period. I purchased the Hampton Bay 10 pack pagoda 3 tier aluminum walk light model #982 888 less than 1 year ago. We started having problems almost immediately and that should have been a clue to return them to Loews where they were purchased. Now almost a year later and more than half of the units are inoperable, and no response from Hampton Bay, we feel STUCK with the JUNK! Company doesn't return phone calls or emails. They are unorganized...keep getting the times and days of service wrong, so my gate is either locked or my dog is in the yard and they can't mow, fertilize, pull weeds or weedeat. If you ever have to deal with Steve Zerin, run the other way! He comes off as a nice guy who is here to help you. He is completely unorganized, does not take care of your property (scratches floors, etc.), and is completely unreliable. My home burned to the ground along with everything I owned. I had a security and fire early warning monitoring system which was supposed to alert you of fire and also report fire to fire department. I purchased a Klaussner sofa and loveseat that was delivered July 15, 2010. I have had problems with the suit since it was 3 ½ weeks. The suit has had new foam in the cushions three times and still the problem is not resolved. I had a professional upholsterer look at the suit for an evaluation. Attempted to cancel my service with Castle rock Security and was told that I needed to write them a letter 30 days before my contract cancelled. Used flimsy device just once to try to clear slight plumbing problem (slow drainage). After inserting flimsy snake into drain rotating it, tried to remove the snake, it got stuck about half-way the length of the snake, so pulled a little, it came apart First the red end, then the tip. Blizzard Fence company came to give us an estimate. I thought their price was a little high, so the salesman offers a$500 Grocery Rebate. We were sceptical, but came to an agreement. The fence was installed and the paperwork followed. Plus there was a $9.95 registration fee which was supposed to be returned with the first rebate. I wish I had checked on this company before I hired them. By the way they are now known as NU Kitchen Cabinets and Floors, same company, different name.
